Even during peak hours, there's usually something available to use, which is a huge plus. That said, two things really stood out to me that could use improvement: overall cleanliness and front desk hospitality. The gym floors (main area, special rooms, and locker rooms) consistently had paper towels, leftover chalk, and noticeable grime. The locker room in particular felt like it needed more frequent attention. After observing how often staff were cleaning, it made sense why the facility looked the way it did -- the effort in this area seems minimal. On my first day, I approached the front desk with a couple of questions. I understand most people just scan in and go, but if someone is standing at the desk for a minute, it's probably because they need assistance. Unfortunately, both staff members I interacted with that day came across as dismissive. I wasn't offered a short tour or any kind of welcome. I gave them my number, and all I was told was, "You're good," before they turned away to help someone else. I'll likely still join because the price and proximity are great, but these two areas -- cleanliness and staff engagement -- could really use improvement. A little more attention and friendliness would make a huge difference in the overall member experience.

This one would be a hard no from me. The gym equipment itself seems fine. The facility is unclean…read more The big issue is that the instant the staff have access to your payment information, they will start nickel and diming random charges. Front desk staff will be unable to help with these. Then the managers, Matthew Alequin and John Atchley are never present. You'll be told repeatedly that they're in "After 4pm" or "On Monday" or "Tomorrow"--only to show back up and be told you just missed them. If you look up the location--you'll find a YouTube video of someone trying to dispute random nickel and dime charges in Sept '25 who was treated extremely poorly. There are better gyms in this city.

They even have an on-site daycare room for some classes which I thought was nice to offer. It is on the second floor of the building, but they send thorough directions to you before attending your first class. Some people have been coming here for 2k+ classes - there are some real devotees here which means they must be doing something right! Classes are a little more expensive than other studios in my opinion, but you are buying into a high quality studio. Also, I felt like this was a more wide-range age demographic as far as students. While Pure Barre to me feels more like 20-something year olds, I liked that this was a more diverse age demographic.

Think twinkle lights, calm music, and sound bowls. I really appreciated the instructor who made sure everyone was comfortable and knew what to expect from the hour long sound bath experience. If I hadn't had my coffee that morning, it would've been very easy to fall asleep. She has comfortable padded mats already laid out but recommends bringing a pillow and blankets and showing up in cozy clothes. This experience was wonderful and I really hope to do it again. Highly recommend!

I've been going to…read moregyms for years and was looking for a change but a beginner could absolutely do this as well. I loved that they give you a 7 day free trial before you sign up. It seems like most gyms only give you 1 class and you can't actually get a sense of the classes after just one. Each day here is a different type of workout, strength based, cardio based, hybrid and some specialty ones sprinkled in. They have different challenges a few times a year for you to participate and you don't have to pay a fee to do it like you do elsewhere. The coaches and members are really friendly and the best part about this gym is that all the classes are only 45 minutes! (Saturday classes are an hour) It's the perfect length for a before a workday or to knock out on a lunch break.

Sunday-Friday classes are 45 minutes while Saturday is an hour. It's a combination of strength training and cardio HIIT style classes. The coaches are energetic and come around to help correct your form if you're someone like me who needs help! Music is loud and upbeat to make you (sometimes) forget about the hard moves you are doing. What I love about this spot is that there are modifications for each move so any fitness level can attend! They've got three reserved parking spaces in the parking lot. Two huge restrooms, one with a shower so you can get ready before work! Sometimes on Saturday they'll even have a live DJ for the class! Your first week is free- so come try it out!
