Since I didn't want to risk pulling it out myself and ending up with a flat tire in my driveway (which is only a few houses away), I brought it in for a quick check. To their credit, they took a look right away, removed the plastic, and re-inflated the tire. The whole process was quick and the staff was courteous. That said, I was charged $75, which they have posted in the front office as a diagnostic fee. I had essentially diagnosed the issue myself when I saw the large piece of plastic sticking out of the tire, so the charge felt a bit high for what turned out to be a simple fix. While I was paying, I asked what they would charge to mount and change a tire, and I was told $30--which made the $75 charge feel even more out of proportion. Overall, I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism, but I did walk away feeling a little undervalued as a customer given the simplicity of the issue.

I called the shop and told him my issue and he said he was full today but could drive it and see if he could figure out what was wrong. As soon as he heard the sound he said "sounds like you got a rock stuck in there". I asked if he thought he could fix it tomorrow if I left it there overnight. When he heard I lived an hour away he made room to get me in today and sure enough, it was a rock stuck in my caliper. Fantastic service and very reasonable! So happy this shop was nearby!

The dealer told me there was a mistake with the pricing age they actually had to raise the price of the vehicle due to needing brakes. A car with functional brakes should not cause for a price increase. I went back and forth with the sales person a bit and the interaction was absolutely terrible. He gave me the line of "let me talk with my manager" and then told me that I would have to come in to drive it before they could tell me if they could come down on the price. The whole thing felt shady. I ended purchasing a vehicle from Carvana, and have zero regrets. It's unfortunate I tried to purchase a vehicle from three different local dealers and all three dealers played games on some level. Update: you can see the managers comment below. I want to make it clear, I have text messages from this dealers staff that I never deleted stating everything I mentioned in my review. Additionally, I called and left a voicemail for Mr Gabbara and he never returned my call. It's my belief this dealer knows full well what their staff says and does and they're trying to side step their crappy business practices.
