    Everyone at Szott Ford was so incredibly friendly and helpful! I leased a new '24 Explorer and Joelle was the one that helped me through it! I told her what I was looking for and she made it happen! They had to go to a different state to get my car so I had to come in on a Saturday and I told her that my kids were super annoying and would have to come lol. She said she would bring crayons and coloring books! Luckily I brought their tablets so they were fine, haha. The process was so nice and easy! I gave them my car and we were good to go! Ask for Joelle for sure!!

    I was in the market for a vehicle and decided to take my time with my search which I'm glad I did! I came across Szott Ford and they helped me set up an appointment easy to come view the vehicle and helped any questions or concerns I had. I worked with Kyle! He's professional, informative, has great communication and is a funny guy! Im in love with my new car and completely satisfied with the Service at Szott Ford.

At the delivery, it was discovered to have some body damage. They asked me to still take delivery and make an appointment with the service department to get fixed. I went three months of chasing the service manager down every which time I was told they were still trying to find me a rental car. Finally, the check engine light went off, and my backseat will not work and I reached out to the general manager, Craig, who did get me into a rental car, and said we'd get everything handled right away. My car is at the dealership now, +4 weeks, and still has not even been serviced, I get a message daily saying I'm next on the list.., Craig the GM has gone radio silent.

It is a rare pleasure to find even higher managership at this dealership to make the time in their respective busy schedules to visit with clients; moreover, this positive experience took place last April 17, when Joe Jackson and Doug visited with me while I was signing contracts for a new leased 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer. One discovers every quickly that at Bowman that establishing long lasting friendships are certainly more important and valued than simply selling or leasing a new vehicle for its own sake! Jonathan has always been my preferred sales person; nevertheless, even now when he has also been promoted to Director of Financing, he has always made the time to still become my sales person.
