The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a consumer's mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. This Macy's is part of an extravagant mall, the Woodbridge Centre. The store has three levels and look humongous with a stock well kept and ready for the Holidays sales. The store is typical Macy's with a standard MAC and a range of different clothes, brands, shoes, perfumes and accessories. We have never visited a Macy's Backstage and was curious to check it out. It was in level 3 and looked like we were suddenly transported to a TJ Maxx. The items looked little less pricier and the shop was neat for the most part except for the kitchen items section. Nevertheless, this shop tends to all your usual Macy's needs and located at a prime location to access other shops that are around.

Macy's was awesome pre covid days . This used to my go to shop. But now ! Wow things have changed . All dresses and products are so expensive ! No sale nothing . Poor customer service . Very very very slow billing . Out of the 10 billing places only 1 is being used . Even with crowd they don't open other billing stations. Average experience overall. Lots of parking space available .

Came into this store today and remembered why I vowed to shop at other Macy's stores going forward - and not this one. I had items to return that I bought at the Herald Square, NY location where you can pretty much return clothing items in any department/ floor/ register where women's clothing are sold. Here in Woodbridge, you have ONE register on the first floor where you can return items (customer service) and ONE line where you can pay for items (the Checkout line). It's ridiculous for a store of this size. The ladies on registers are friendly and doing the best they can, but overall customer service has gone down over the years. If you shop here, pack your patience.

I made an online order for Polo Ralph Lauren Boxers. It came in a four pack. After a long day at work I just arrived home approximately one hour ago. I was excited to see that my package arrived. This order was shipped from the Woodbridge Center Mall Macy's location by the way. I got immediately proceeded to open my package and to my surprise In the package was a different brand underwear that was old and stained. In addition there were two polo brand underwear's that were polo brand but were damaged, looked old, ripped and used. One of them even had a yellow stain.... I don't think I will ever order an online item from macy's again. If I need something I'll just go to the store so that I can view the item myself before purchasing it.

What the heck happened to this store??? Macy's used to be a decent shopping experience, granted they have the Biggest One Day Sale like every few days. Lol. Why do I have to get my own shoes now like DSW, why does it feel like I'm waiting in the roped off line like 6 Flags? This is crazy. No need for me to visit there more. I hope Menlo Park doesn't urn our like this.

Very nice store in a very nice mall. They are not Herald Square, but they are a good extension.

Went to this shop looking for a suit for my sons prom . They did have a decent collection of suits…read morewith affordable prices .. it is more suited for a little aged people . My son didn't like any style and we had to return back. For adults , there are some suits/ sports jacket at decent prices . Lots of sale going on in other shops like Macy's , and we found another suit for my son there at a price almost similar to the ones in Milan . Good customer service .. nicely located in Menlo Park mall..

You're really going to refuse to take back 2 $20 bowties? One hour after purchase? With a receipt?…read moreShame on you. Aside from this being low end stuff that you'd be better off just buying decent stuff from a real store, you need to be aware of their sketchy return policy. Like I said, they refused to take back 2 bowties, within one hour of purchase, with a receipt. The guy in the store tells me that he cannot take back "small items." It's our return policy. He refers me to the return policy above the register, where it says nothing of the sort. I needed 2 bow ties AND cummerbunds for a black tie affair. Much of the store is dedicated to this low end formal wear, but they of course, do not have 2 cummerbunds. So I settled for the 2 bowties. I, of course, found what I needed in another store. So I thought, while I'm still in the mall I'll just return these. Now I get it that people probably try to scam them returning stuff after wearing them once. But, this was an hour later...and they didn't actually have what I needed to begin with. Mind you, I told the guy that I had purchased 2 tuxedos and an additional tuxedo jacket for myself and family members last year. Now this low-end stuff is cheap, so I got all of that for $380, plus we had to have the pants tailored, so about a total of $460. I'm just starting to get into owning formal wear and I have found a lot of use for this stuff recently. So, I'm sure I would have been back for another cheap jacket, or whatever. Overall, the stuff is low-end and cheap. You get what you pay for. I'd advise anyone to go to a REAL store and stay away from these cheap ghetto stores that will nickel and dime you and don't have any clue what customer service is, how to keep a customer, or just do what's right in business.

Racially profiled. Disgusting and disrespectful customer service. DO NOT COME UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE…read moreTO HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I am extremely disappointed by the treatment my husband received during what should have been a simple return. We came in to return an online order--shoes and suspenders that were neatly packed and clearly unworn. Within seconds, the associate handling the return began treating the items with visible disgust, dumping everything out of the box carelessly, and handling them as if they were dirty. Before even properly inspecting the shoes, she immediately accused my husband of wearing them. For clarity: the shoes were tried on briefly at home and never worn outside. There were no signs of wear, creasing, or damage--because they were, in fact, unworn. What made this experience even worse was the tone. The interaction was not neutral or professional--it was accusatory from the start. Another employee, who was in the middle of assisting a different customer on the phone, felt the need to interject and double down on the accusation without any basis. Had this been approached respectfully, my husband would have been more than willing to have a calm conversation. Instead, he was met with immediate suspicion and hostility. It's difficult to ignore the role that bias may have played here--my husband, an Asian man dressed casually in a hoodie and hat, was treated as though he was trying to deceive the store. This was not just poor customer service--it was disrespectful and unacceptable. No customer should be made to feel judged, profiled, or accused without cause. We expected basic professionalism and left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the behavior and the underlying bias that led to this experience.
