Macy's is ok, but the MAC makeup employees there aren't pleasant and they don't give good customer service like they should. i recently went there to re-new my whole make-up box, so i wanted everything from the brushes, blush, foundations, everything, and the girl who attended me kept wondering off so i had to keep looking for and asking her for opinions. i told her i was here to buy a bunch of stuff and she would just wonder off talking to other of her co-workers. then i asked to try on a blush and she just did one cheek bone! how was i suppose to walk out with only one cheek bone colored! at the end i only bought 3 cosmetic object. i was going to spend like $300+ dollars that day and i only spent $60. i am never going back to that Mac place at eastridge mall read more

I recently visited Macy's and had a great shopping experiance overall. The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to navigate through different departments. I was able to find everything I was looking for without much trouble, and the selection of products was impressive. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering my questions and providing suggestions when needed. They really made the experience enjoyable. The only downside was that the checkout line was a bit longer than I expected, which slowed things down a bit but I understand that this can happen, it did cause a small inconvenience. I decided to give Express another chance after not shopping there since 2023. I purchased a few…read moreitems in store about two weeks ago, and the in-store service was actually amazing. However, within a short window after my purchase, I noticed the same items were heavily discounted online. I called customer support to ask for a price adjustment, but they said Express no longer offers price matching. Instead, I was told I would have to go back to the store, return the items, and repurchase them online to get the lower price. That is extremely inconvenient for customers and honestly makes no sense. Stores like Abercrombie make this process so much easier. You can quickly chat with customer service online, and they take care of the adjustment right away. This is probably one of the reasons companies like Abercrombie continue to grow while Express keeps losing customers. Unfortunately, I'll be returning my purchase and shopping somewhere else.

They also had lots of different types of pasta, coffee, tea, candy, chips, cocktail mixes, and more. I didn't buy anything because I'm trying to cut back on snacks, but I'm still thinking about the shortbread/gingerbread cookies days later. Overall the store was neat and tidy despite the crowded shelves, and the line to checkout was pretty short. In addition to gourmet snacks, the home goods section offers decorative items for the kitchen, garden, and home, as well as necessities like pots & pans, serving dishes, drink-ware, towels, etc. I didn't buy any items, but did make note of some nice home decor I might want to go back for (as well as those cookies).

The old Nordstrom I knew had employees who stayed for decades. For years, the same guy who sold high end shoes always helped me and knew me. Not one employee at this store is recognizable anymore from one trip to another and no personal cards. 2) The customers are ruder and more entitled and don't even buy stuff (which might explain the exodus of the best employees). 3) used to have great special events, like a huge holiday makeup event with experts from the industry for card holder you had to RSVP 4) live piano music!!!!! 5) dressing rooms: you are on your own most of the time 6) the vibe is completely off here and no one seems to be selling or buying much... 7) the physical paper copy of the Anniversary Sale I grew up in Seattle, and, when I moved to Silicon Valley 25 years ago, Nordstrom was still my favorite best store ever. Service is friendly and welcoming just like very other BBW and this location had enough workers during the holiday season to efficiently work through the long line of customers. Shop is pretty decently organized but I recall wanting to find an extremely specific shimmering body spray in a scent that my boyfriend liked for his cosplays and when I tried to use a coupon for a different item, nothing really matched what we wanted scent wise or what we were looking for so that was sadly a 2/2 failure. Probably bad luck but everything else is good about this shop!
