The store was clean, organized, and beautifully displayed, making it easy to browse and find exactly what I was looking for. During this visit, no one offered assistance, but I was able to find everything I needed on my own and had a smooth shopping experience. I said that's not what's happened, if the, "plate" or whatever item isn't rang in at the sale price than the 40% off isn't as helpful. She said I understand. She then checked that each item rang in correctly and then did the additional 40% off. She asked if I would like the receipt with me? I told her she did a perfect job and there's no need for me to review it. Her other co-worker finished up and asked if she could help wrap. I had two gift items separate from mine and they made sure to make them so cute!! Also, the only place for reusable bags for purchase is in the front of the store as you walk in, so if you need to buy one and forget where they are, the other options are to pay 35 cents per plastic bag or not use a bag. There should be more displayed near the register so people can easily find them. The experience is fun, but it's still your average thrift store. Not bad, not great, but okay. Also, the Santa decoration is terrifying.
