He also destroyed the opening and 30 days after he placed what he told me was a brand new Apple battery in my phone. Battery health showed 0%. I took it to Apple and found out differently. He advised me to purchase the battery myself and let him know when it arrived. Before bringing it in, I organized and backed up my laptop -- even though Joe said it probably wasn't necessary, he agreed it was the wise thing to do. Today I called him, and he told me to bring it right over and he could get it done the same day. What a difference from the Apple Store experience, where I was told I'd need an appointment, then possibly wait 10 days just for them to look at it, followed by another week or more for the repair. I simply couldn't be without my laptop for two weeks. Joe was amazing. He completed the repair in under four hours, the price was very fair, and he was kind, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. My laptop is working great!!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing computer repair services.

We texted back-and-forth and she offered to come to the house to take a look at it. She worked on it for 2 1/2 hours trying to change the drivers she charged me $80 and she said there's nothing really that I could do. She told me that I could trade in my computer and get more money. It is at the side door of a residential building just off Hertel Avenue. Chris greats you at the door, asks you to put the computer on a little table in the hall way and gives you a receipt for the drop off. He told me it could be just dust in the fan or a defective fan. A day later I got a phone call and Judy, his assistant (may I call it that way?) told me the fan was failing. A new part was ordered and the computer would be fixed within a couple of days. Everything worked out fine, the part arrived soon and Chris replaced the old broken fan. 6 Days after dropping the laptop off, I got the call to come and pick it up.
