Parking was small and people do fight for their spots.. Lol had a quick driver just steal my spot so I had to circle back around. Interior is small as well, some places to sit but I prefer outside as I can people watch and just enjoy the weather. I do wish there was a station outside for at least some water and condiments, napkins and etc. Reasoning is because of the interior being small, and there is always a line, which is amazing for business. Just too much for asking for more ketchup or napkins Clams were a tad too fried for my taste and the amount I got was very small for the price. Cod basket that I got was very good. Not oily, perfect crisp, batter is not too fluffy, and seasoning was average. It paired well with the tarter sauce! Fries were pretty good, not as crispy as I'd like it but it worked.

    Cheese curbs and fried Shrimp

I recently visited and was blown!! The cheese curbs were perfectly fried, with a golden-brown crust that offered a satisfying crunch with each bite. The gooey, melty cheese inside was rich and flavorful, making it impossible to stop at just one. the fried golden dark shrimp. These succulent morsels were cooked to perfection--crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. The highlight was definitely a squeeze of fresh lemon over the shrimp, which elevated the dish to a whole new level! The bright acidity cut through the richness, making each bite refreshing and addictive.

For walleye & halibut with fresh cut fry's I'd pay $18.95 any day of the week! I was paying $20 or more for 1 filet of crappy walleye in WI Mac's will be my go to for fish! 4/5

We ordered the fried Walleye. The batter was nicely crispy and thick with the right amount of oil. The walleye was well executed and flaky. The fish itself had a bit of a pool flavor (characteristic of underseasoned freshwater fish). The housemade rosemary vinaigar was excellent. It carried the aroma of fresh rosemary well.

The French fries were cold and soggy and had no flavor w salt. The fish had good flavor but soggy and super oily. The cleanliness of the restaurant wasn't the best and most people did takeout. The temperature of the place was freezing cold. Service was ok they were helpful with our questions. I got the walleye basket and husband got the fish tacos the fresh mango pico de gallo was way to much on the taco and was more of a glop of the sauce and made the taco soggy. I wasn't a fan of the key lime jalapeño sauce either.

We started with Ahi Tuna Crisp appetizer - we substituted the cracker for cucumber. This twist makes it so fresh. The sauce is a bit tangy and avocado balances the tuna. So yummy! I opted for a cheeseburger - very good smash burger. I have had the Double Double in the past and that is probably my favorite burger with two smash burger patties, cheese and special sauce. Can't miss on the regular fries. Crispy and delicious!

I made a last-minute reservation online, which was quick and seamless. Parking was easy enough, there's a small lot, plus plenty of street parking options. We were seated right away when we arrived, though unfortunately at a very small two-person table with very limited space. It worked out, but next time I'd definitely request something a bit roomier. We arrived during happy hour but skipped it since we didn't want to spoil our meals. For dinner, I ordered the double barrel burger with a side of fries, and my friend got the fried chicken sandwich with a side of fries. I enjoyed my meal, however, my friend thought the food was very salty and that maybe the chicken sandwich was fried in the same oil as the fish as it didn't taste much like chicken. We thought the portions were big enough that we had leftovers to take home. Service was just okay...nothing particularly memorable. The most uncomfortable part of the experience was our table location right by the door. It felt like people were constantly hovering nearby or watching us while waiting for a table, which made it a bit awkward. Almost like we better hurry up and eat. Overall, a decent meal.

I'm not really the expert on Jucy Lucys but damn was this the place to get them at. Lovely people that treat you like a friend, great beer, and a burger that... for lack of a better term... EXPLODES cheese in your mouth. It was getting to a point where I tried to dissect the patty to see how could they fit that much cheese in there. What really blew me away was the new item: DILL PICKLE CHEESE CURDS. DO NOT SKIP ON THIS! Although it will last about .5 seconds on the table, it will make you remember it for weeks afterwards. This was the place that made me think I could live behind the bowling alley. Fun, casual, cool, friendly... everything the Twin Cities is.

Although, spacing was a smidge tight, you didn't really feel it once you settled in. Our server was kind and very attentive. We asked a few questions, and they were kind about it. We ended up with dry rub wings, hot cheese curds, and splitting a Homet burger. The burger is what you'd expect, meat between donut halfs, I probably wouldn't get it again. The wings were pretty good. My favorite was the cheese curds, the spicy spin was nice, and it had a decent enough kick for me to not need to add hot sauce.
