There's also a variety of bulk essential household items like laundry detergent, dish soap, and floor cleaner that are meant to be filled into reusable containers. Due to COVID you can't refill your own containers right now - just ask for help instead. My only suggestion to the owner is to play music or ambient noise in the store. I'm going to keep a few at my work desk and a few on my night stand. My partner, our friend, and myself purchased a set of "Three Card Reading" deck which includes 3 surprise tarot card stickers. I liked their selection of books and home decor. I loved a crystal tree they had and purchased it for a new display area I'm working on at home. I'd enjoyed my shopping experience so far and was excited about my purchase, but the staff member that rang me up was notably unfriendly. He ignored me for almost a full minute, continuing what looked like a craft project, before finally acknowledging me and directing me to the appropriate checkout station (he was standing squarely between two so I couldn't tell where to go). He ignored my polite attempts at small talk and seemed to rush the entire transaction so I would go away as soon as possible. I'd rate the store higher but was really off put by how I was treated, and other reviews note a similar attitude...I was starting to think I'd read into it, but this is clearly a trend. No employees greeted us or asked if we needed any help the entire time we browsed, in stark contrast to every other boutique I visited that day going above and beyond to make me feel welcome in their shop. Nice selection of items and pretty to look at, but be prepared for a dose of attitude.
