I went outside and asked if we could get some help and was told by the owner that she would be in shortly....I told her she was very rude and I would never come back. I suggested to the woman in the store patiently waiting that she might want to shop somewhere else. Then the next day my neighbor told me she had a similar experience. Such a shame..the store used to be so lovely and not only has the customer service suffered but so has the merchandise. Better off shopping elsewhere where your business will be appreciated.

About a 5 minute wait, if that. I purchased a 9oz "Night Garden" candle, which smells so good. I also bought a mini torch sage, matches, and two incense matches in French vanilla. The ladies were very helpful and polite, they answered all of our questions and offered further assistance. I definitely recommend making this one of your stops if you're in the Salem area.

It was fun to walk around some parts of Salem and to hear the stories and history. There was a lot of walking, but it didn't feel that way because we were actively listening and our tour guide kept our attention. I wish we were able to go into some of the places or at least get closer, but what we did experience, was pretty good.
