He went above and beyond to help me understand what options we had, what he recommended to make the home as safe as possible, and when I agreed I wanted to upgrade some of the locks based on his recommendations, he drove right on down to Home Depot to pick them up. My schedule was difficult, but Paul was very accommodating and came over at 7 PM to rekey everything even though he knew and told me it would take a few hours. We ran into surprises with the old locks on the house but Paul quickly put the "smithing" part of locksmithing to work and resolved everything rapidly. We had 3 doors each with two locks, as well as 2 gates and a garage door that all need to be rekeyed and it all went without issue. I'm so glad to have met Paul!
