Pretty stingy place to look for a vehicle,…read more I inquired on carfax.com about a 2025 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, later that day I was called by unfortunately later to find out an absolutely awful salesman by the name of Steve Myers. (I feel awful for anyone who has to work with this egotistical sore loser) I asked over the phone if the vehicles price is negotiable and if I could toss in an offer, he stated how the dealership is a volume dealer and their prices are put "aggressively" which didn't ultimately answer the question but I didn't think much of it and tossed in an offer. Few hours later I was told that the vehicles price is firm, to which I responded by saying "Okay, let me know if anything changes", he tried to justify the price by sending me a data analysis report of similar spec to spec vehicles within a 300 mile radius of the dealership, his vehicle was ranked 3rd for best price in the market, I asked him "where's the location of the first two" to which he claims that locations are not given. After doing not even 10 minutes of digging, I found both. 2 days later, he messages me saying "I saw it." In my response to me seeing the vehicle he failed to provide me information on. Cool I guess? 4 days later, he sends me the listing again and he drops the vehicles price by about $200-300-ish. I told him to delete all my information as I'll be looking for other options in the market since I wasn't too fond of his tone from the start, he states my offer "was not exceptionally fair" to which I show him a better vehicle in the market with a lower price than his AND lower miles than his. His response? "Go buy it." What a ways to go for a salesman Anyways, spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you're looking for a vehicle, this place does NOT deserve your business.

I purchased a used 2022 GMC Terrain (24,576 miles) from The Nice Car Company on December 30, 2025…read more The vehicle was advertised as having passed a "100-point inspection." Within one month (January 26, 2026), the check engine light came on. Diagnosis: codes P0137 and P0500 -- O2 sensor replaced. On March 2, the check engine light returned with code P0500. At that time, the spark plugs were found to be fouled and black. Repairs included replacing the plugs, cleaning the fuel injection and throttle body, performing relearns, and adding fuel cleaner. By March 17 -- just 2.5 months after purchase and only ~1,300 miles driven -- the check engine light came on for a third time. I took the vehicle to a GMC dealership, where they diagnosed fouled spark plugs and an issue with cylinder 4. I was then informed the vehicle is experiencing engine failure and requires a complete engine replacement. For a low-mileage 2022 vehicle, this type of engine failure is unacceptable. I returned to the dealership after the second repair to request an exchange or refund and was dismissed. I was told "check engine lights come on all the time" and advised to continue driving the vehicle. After emailing to request a meeting with the owner, I received a phone call but was given the same response. I was told I had not taken the vehicle to the "correct" mechanic -- despite using a repair facility listed on their own website as approved for the extended warranty I purchased. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting an independent pre-purchase inspection and carefully reviewing the vehicle history before purchasing. I would not recommend The Nice Car Company due to this experience with engine failure and poor customer service.

UPDATE- the dealership finally considered the circumstances and became human and refunded my money…read moreMy sales person Jessica was the one that was Human. She was amazing. She was always amazing throughout all of this. She was the one that called me. She was the one that told them. I did the right thing and called them an hour and a half after I put the deposit down and that I did the right thing and I should get my money back. So kudos to Jessica. If you're gonna go to the dealership go to Jessica she's amazing. Do not use this dealership. After I put a $500 non- refundable down. 2 hours later I had a very unfortunate circumstance happen where I couldn't do it. I'm a single mom and I work three jobs. I called them less than two hours after I put the money down asking if I could get my money back. And it's Christmas time and I'm a cancer survivor. None of that mattered they just keep your money. They don't care if you don't buy a car from them even though I told them I couldn't afford a car from them because of the circumstances that changed all they cared about was their money. come to Columbus and buy from, Germain Lexus of Easton or Dublin. It's worth the drive. They have much better customer service. The guy at the Toledo Lexus dealership told me the car sat on their lot for 85 days before I came in, then had the audacity to try to convince me that because of the hour and a half that the car was held for me, that I killed a sale. Are you kidding me! You can't sell a car for 85 days and you try to blame me? They certainly weren't going to sell it in another hour and a half if they can't sell it after 85 days. The fact that they tried to blame that on me is unreal. the The fact that they can't have a little bit of human decency for a person an hour and a half later, after they putting a deposit down to provide it back. It's just unreal. You can go to Germain Lexus Of Dublin and they will hold a car with for you with no deposit down. You can go to Germain Lexus of Easton and put a deposit down on a car for $500 and if something changes they will refund your money back. Not this group! They don't care about you as a human being at all. Buyer beware read all of the negative reviews. Choose a different dealer.

I have had my vehicle repaired at this body shop multiple times…read more Staff is always honest and straightforward in what they can do. The dealership I purchased my vehicle from quoted me $400+ to fix a few things on my vehicle (and also tried to gaslight me into believing there was a crack in my bumper and the whole thing should need replaced. I brought my vehicle here and had all of the repairs done for less than $200 and my bumper was checked for damage, they found none. Service was much faster than expected and staff were very professional.

I took my Subaru to Yark Subaru because the clutch was slipping. I asked them to open it up and let me know what was going on. Instead, I was hit with a flat quote: $3,000 to replace the clutch -- without even opening it up. When I asked why it cost 3x more than the same repair I paid for last year ($1,000), the answer I got was: "Inflation." That was it. No breakdown. No explanation. Just a shrug and a buzzword. Then came the A/C issue. To their credit, Yark Subaru did send a really helpful diagnostic video, and their staff was professional, courteous, and respectful throughout -- that deserves acknowledgment. But the verdict? Replace the entire system for another $1,000. At that point in life, I was already going through it. I honestly considered trading in my car and starting fresh. But maybe God looked at my credit score and said: "Nah. Not yet. You're not ready for that car note -- this is a lesson." So I got a second opinion. A transmission shop replaced my entire clutch system for $1,000. Then another mechanic checked the A/C -- all it needed was a recharge for $120. Total cost: $1,120. Compared to $6,000+ in dealership estimates. Look -- I still love Subaru. I love my car. And I respect the professionalism I received at Yark. But the pricing? The assumptions? The lack of transparency? That part needs to change. Because it's not just about money -- it's about trust. So if you're reading this: Get a second opinion. Whether it's a clutch, an A/C issue, or a major life decision -- don't assume the first quote is the only truth. Sometimes that "no" you got? It's not rejection -- it's redirection. Hope this helps!

Between my husband and I we own three Subarus and he does all the work on our cars. This review…read moregets two stars because we do love our Subarus and we have had great service at the dealership. This review focuses specifically on their parts / service department. During regular business hours when they are said to be open, no one ever answers the phone. My husband will call multiple time and be forced to leave a message after no one ever answers. And then no call back. This has happened multiple times and I am left driving over there to order parts for him in person. This most recent time I walked in there was a young man sitting at the register doing absolutely nothing. Why could he have not been returning the message that my husband left hours earlier when they did not answer the phone. I am so sick of hearing my husband complain about this. It kind of makes me not want to buy another Subaru since they are making this difficult for us. It may seem like a little thing, but it does affect how we feel about the brand and you should really let that sink in.
