They do both residential and commercial so I completed their form online to get a quote. Cathy called me a few hours later with a quote and I was comfortable with the price since they specialize in this service. I received an email one day prior to my appointment to view and confirm. On the day of the appointment, I received a text one hour before the appointment time. As I was looking out my window to see if there was parking, I saw their truck sitting by curb 30 minutes before the appointment time. I went to see if Jaime could work on it now rather than wait. The window's tint was dark and the sunshade was up so I wasn't sure if he was in the truck. Luckily, Jaime got out as I was walking back to my place. I told him that I didn't want him to come in my place to remove the screens since I didn't want to clean the floors when he was done. He offered to wear booties and I was good with that. I asked the reason for coming in my place and he said just to remove the screen. I said that I can do them but one screen's tabs were broken. He told me to push it up then push out which was super easy to do. Anyway, he looked at my screen and said that there were no holes so I don't need to change them. I said that I need new pull tabs so that I can remove the screens to clean the windows. He said that I do need to replace the screens if I wanted new pull tabs. He showed me a large metal square one and one short and narrow one. They were much sturdier than the cheap plastic ones that I had. I stood and watched him remove the old screens and install the new ones. It was fun watching and talking to him while he repaired the screens. It took him about 45 minutes to set up and repair my screens. He said that that there's one year warranty. Overall, I am very happy with their customer service and product. I highly recommend them and they have a customer for life.

This was a stellar experience from beginning to end!…read more We spoke with Amanda Rodriguez over two different visits and she could not have been friendlier or more knowledgeable. We had tons of questions and decisions about what best matched the original look of the windows from our 1939 house. We finally decided on what windows we wanted replaced and put down a deposit. A second team member came out weeks later to confirm the measurements. And some weeks after that, the installation team of Juan and Erik came out to do the install. (They even started by doing the measurements a third time to make sure everything was correct! And it was.) They had told us that the job might take the whole day, but they carefully removed the old ones, installed the new ones and cleaned up afterward in only about six hours. It was a flawless experience. Everyone we dealt with was extremely kind, warm and knowledgable. And the new windows look stunning - while still matching the look of the almost 90-year old home. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

From the moment I reached out to them, Gary provided consistent, professional communication about the estimate, ordering the windows, and any delivery changes. While Milgard had some issues with delivering the windows on the originally scheduled date, this was no fault of Fusion and Gary kept me promptly informed of the changes. The workmanship by Alex and the installation crew was top-notch. The installers were very respectful and took care to seal off the areas where they'd be working to minimize dust and debris from spreading throughout the rooms. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up any mess before leaving the site. I'll definitely be hiring Fusion again when we've saved up enough to replace the remaining un-tempered windows at our home.

I used Yelp's "would you like to send this quote to more people" button and it sent it to NG Construction. I was very hesitant to use them because they did not have any reviews yet. They were new to Yelp but showed me images of their other projects and when we talked about details on how to ensure the area we would be patching in the side of a building would stay water proof, they were sure of their answers and matched exactly what I was told by a stucco expert. Throughout the quote and arrival he was incredibly communicative over text. He gave me the quote with pictures and descriptions and didn't require some sort of sales pitch on the phone or "need to see it in person". I appreciated that he respected my time and didn't have any BS. Upon meeting him, I was very impressed. The work was done far beyond the level of quality I was expecting. From prep to execution to clean up and finally finishing (he had to return days later for it to properly dry before painting) he did it the right way without short cuts. I could tell he was someone I could trust and paid him before he had to come back-I knew he would show. I already have asked him for a quote on another project and have recommended him to a contractor friend of mine.
