I typically get the "ultimate" which used to be like $35 and now it's $60. It gets run through the wash and they wipe it all down and then vacuum and wipe everything on the inside. It's always good enough work but sometimes I do leave extra happy with it. Went today around 1pm and I would not go when they're so busy again! I typically go during a week/work day and it's not busy. I was there for an hour and a half today. But there were a lot of cars so I knew there would be a wait when I chose to still go in. The service is always great though - everyone greets you and is friendly and even when leaving, people are always saying have a great day. Variety of seating inside and outside. They do detailing here but I have not gotten that done but you can check out all that they offer through what people have posted here or on their website.

It was my first time here and was quite excited to bring in my worst condition car for a spa treatment. I was recommended the $200 detail package to help my really bad water spots on my car. They told me my car will be taken care of and will look brand new once finished. I was hopeful. Whole process took just about 1 hour and 45 mins even though I was told 1 hour. All good. It's manual labor work so I rather they not rush through it. After receiving my car back, she definitely sparkled in a way where she hasn't sparkled in years. It was my first time getting a proper detail for her. But upon closer look after I left, she still had water spots on her in some areas. :( I attached some photos. I feel attention to detail could be improved to keep a long term customer. I do want to mention the good things I expended here to be fair in my review. The inside waiting area was air conditioned and comfortable. The outside waiting area is also very spacious. The workers here are also all nice. Since it was my first visit and I got one of the most expensive packages here, unfortunately the results didn't fully deliver. The biggest concern was hard water spots when I brought this car in but it was not fully resolved.

Although I don't think it would apply to me anymore since I'm not a first-time customer anymore. The steering wheel kind of moves when you first get onto the belt, and I get worried that my car wash won't be fully touchless sometimes. Last time, the brushes sort of touched the right side of my car, but they did look clean. The exit of the tunnel is kind of black, but can't be sure if it's dust or mold. It's not as bad as some other car washes, but I hope they do clean it, since it is not good for customers and employees alike.

I choose the middle plan however it did not really match the features it listed on. So I spend another $2 dollars to clean and spark my rim and wheel.( yes the wheel and rim was washed but it is not really clean) I had been to other car wash shop in City of Industry and choose the middle plan with Wheel and rim Sparkling. ZERO Stars - Furious, Betrayed, and Still Dealing With the Damage…read more I cannot stress this enough: DO. NOT. BRING. YOUR. CAR. HERE. This place didn't just ruin my day -- they damaged my car and then acted like I didn't exist. After going through the wash, I came home to find fresh, unmistakable dents on my car door and damage to my tire/rim. I drove back, assuming they'd at least own up to it and start a report. Big mistake. Instead, I was met with blank stares, denial, and total refusal to accept any responsibility. They wouldn't even give me an incident report number or explain what happens next. No apology. No paperwork. No professionalism. Since then, I've called multiple times -- not once have they answered. I've even gone back in person, only to be brushed off again and again. Audry, Andrew, and Lisa have all been contacted -- and yet nothing. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence. This place is the definition of shady, negligent, and cowardly. They will happily take your money, damage your car, and pretend it never happened. You'll be left dealing with repairs and stress while they hide behind locked doors and voicemails. This wasn't just bad service -- this was outright disrespect and evasion. Do yourself a favor: RUN, don't walk, away from this place. If you care about your car, your sanity, or basic human decency -- GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
