I was very pleased with the job that was done, but felt that the cost was exorbitant. For that kind of money I would've expected my engine to be steam cleaned as well. I couldn't justify doing this again. I would either do it myself or find somebody that's more in my price range. Just want to stress that although it was overly expensive, I was very pleased with the results. read more

Definitely 5 stars for Willy! Thank you so much for leaving our car spotless and shiny! We will definitely be a repeat customer! Willy takes his time to ensure that every part of the car is clean! Can't believe how clean our car is... can't even find a spot on the car! Such a great experience! Never going back to the regular car wash places (where you always find something that wasn't cleaned properly).... Thank you Willy! read more

Excellent job removing a long scratch along my model S. Would definitely use Willy again.

I needed a very thorough cleaning to get ready for our upcoming baby so I went on yelp to look for a car detailing service. Out of all the service providers in my area, Willy from Elite Custom Detailing was the first to respond by a long shot. He answered all my questions in a direct manner so we could get to business right away. We agreed on the price and time and it was set. During the waiting period until our appointment Willy was available for answers to follow up questions and also sent me a reminder the day before and the day of confirming our appointment. On the day of, Willy and his team arrived on time and brought everything they needed. They were professional and friendly which was easy for me because all I needed to do was hang out while they worked on my car. The final product was amazing. I put off getting a car wash for a year. I had water stains in my car and a lot of dog hair in the interior and after the cleaning it was all gone. Things looked almost brand new. My wheels and my exterior in general were nice and shiny. My overall experience with Willy's company, along with his prices and professionalism, will make me a repeat customer. Great job guys! read more

Fast and reliable service. Had two cars done by Elite and they did a fantastic job. Attention to detail is key, and they did that.

Great communication and service. Would love use more in the future. My car was destroyed and they spent an hour making it look near perfect for a fair price. The imperfect parts are my fault :) read more

I was referred to Willy by my window tint guy. He highly recommended Elite Custom Detailing for a mobile car wash who would do a good job washing my new Ford Bronco Sport. The Ford dealership actually was the first car wash I had (they washed it w/out my consent lol), and they used terrible towels and caused tiny scratches all over it. Willy uses much more quality supplies. Great communication via text. Great pricing for my mid-sized SUV. Very detailed oriented and makes my Bronco look beautiful. Also, someone keyed the back of my Bronco the second month I had it. Willy was able to buff it out for me and it's completely un-noticeable now. He did this for me at no extra charge as he said it was fairly easy and the scratches were not too deep. So happy I found Elite Custom Detailing. If your in the Orange County area, I highly recommend Elite Custom Detailing and their high level service. read more

The best detailing service I have ever used. Awesome attention to detail and awesome value.

They did a great job on both my vehicles, between the dog hair on the inside and tree sap on the outside these turned out very clean. They were there at 9am ready to go and we're don't in a few hours. Would recommend! read more

Messaged Elite Custom Detailing through Yelp and got a quick response. Willie provided me with a breakdown of prices and options all for a reasonable amount. Willie came out and did a great job on my Highlander and when some scheduling allows I plan on having him do my Prius. read more

Willy and his team are great! My M3 was left showroom clean. I'm happy and definitely using them again.

Willy and his Elite team took care of my minivan after having gone through 5 years of use by 3 kids with no detailing. As you can imagine, it was pretty bad shape. Willy was quick to respond and easy to make plans with. Elite showed up on time with great tools for the job, taking great care to cover every inch of the interior. The van came out looking like we had just purchased it new. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone. Thank you!! read more

This is a great mobile car detailing company. Good communication and very friendly! They cleaned the nooks and crannies extremely well from the mess my kids made. Those food crumbs really become imbedded in the creases. Elite Custom detailing really pays attention to detail. I'm happy with the cleanliness of my car! It feels brand new again. See you guys again in 6 months! read more

I have officially had them to detail my car twice now to help when spills and accidents could cause you to turn green while driving from the scent... they have fixed it both times! read more

If I could give six or seven stars to Willy and Chuck of Elite Custom Detailing.... I would definitely do it! These guys took a 2008 BMW 528i which I inherited from my grandson and which had not been really cleaned or waxed for, probably years & turn the car into almost new looking again. Elite really knows how to bring the shine back on a dark blue metallic color, which I thought was possibly a lost cause. They worked very hard to get the best results that they were able to get, and I was very pleasantly surprised at the final result. Willie knows the tricks how to bring the color back on an older car and getting the leather upholstery to look alive again. I am really happy for the job that they did & worked so hard on. If you want your car to look like it did when you remembered at one time previously, call these guys! They are really excellent in their service and beyond reproach, how seriously they take their work. They are reasonable in their cost and do an excellent detailed job! Call Willy!! read more

All my neighbors use Elite! We have a standing appointment every two weeks and it works out perfectly. Willy is always on time and conscientious about his work and any special requests we may have. Elite Custom Detailing is just what we need right now because we don't need to drive anywhere--they come to you, and the entire operation is self-contained! I have a new Tesla and I am really happy to have a professional hand wash by a caring person for a very reasonable cost. read more
