Every small town has its share of entrepreneurs and I'm guessing the same is true here it seems like R-S may be the one, there are a string of business along Railroad Avenue in Rutherfordton, NC that carry the name. I flipped a u-turn when I spotted this especially interesting carwash - the clear wash tunnel is unique from where I come from and the heavy duty wash apparatus was also a little different than what I'm use to experiencing, after anteing up the twelve dollars for the "supreme" wash it was game on. I crept in slowly to let the undercarriage and wheel blasters do their magic having no clue what was in store, the water pressure here is incredible. I don't know maybe the mountains or elevation physically alters something and the end result is this barrage of water that shakes the earth. Once in position the fun begins, the super heavy lathering soaked mop tentacles consumed my Jeep, the smearing and smattering soap continued for what seemed like hours, my side mirrors flipped outward then inward it was an unbelievable experience I almost wanted to do it again, it was definitely worth the price of admission. No matter the fun the bottom line is the end result so a full inspection was in order after the ride ended. This place is awesome and the transparent walls just enhances the experience - for me this is a top five things you must do when visiting the area I guess I'm easily amused...

They sure were! Waiting area was clean. They took the car pretty fast and there were no games played with the price or anything. The "guy" at the front desk is unhelpful, slow, and just plain rude. He is useless and has no customer service skills. He is unable to answer simple questions. Each time I've brought my car in and drop it off, I have had to call 5-6 hrs later only to find it's been ready for hours. No communication at all. When I go pick up my car, he cannot explain what they did or why. I am always charged the higher amount and when I try to find out why, all he can do is walk off and try to find someone to answer questions. And then they come in and speak to me like I'm an idiot. I have a feeling they have dishonest practices- esp upselling women. This time I brought my husband who didn't fall for their false explanations. He agreed- they are dishonest and rude. Even though they are 3 minutes from my house, I will drive to Hendo or Sburg so I don't have to go back.

You can't run a business like this when someone comes in looking to have work done and told that you would be getting a call and never get one. If you want work done by them I would go some where else or if your willing to travel 30 minutes to their other location. This location needs to work on their communication better, and know what they can offer you without living you hanging waiting for an answer.
