A local newer Car wash. Its near the Walmart Supercenter. We decided to try it out. Just bought a smaller one time package to try out. They also have a monthly service that you can pay a certain price and go unlimited times. Then they will charge your card the same day every month. We went through and it Did a good job. Good deal to keep your car looking clean. Its a convenient location. Plus after the car wash you get free use of the vacuum cleaners. They are powerful! Don't put your hand near it! This car wash, unfortunately has incompetent people working there. The biggest one being the general manager, I went through it on Monday of this week. I was not on the track it tore my Honda Civic up. They will not let me see the video said it was my fault. Corporate will not call you back or answer the phone. So it doesn't do any good to call them. So you're pretty much f*****. read more

Last four times I've been there something has been broken Today the right credit card lane machine was not working I blew horn until an attendant finally threw his brush down turned over his bucket and stomped and shaking his head and came to me. I immediately told him to drop his attitude as they were five cars went ahead in the left lane because the payment machine was not working. He did later apologized and said they were having trouble with the machine. No manager around!! Both payment machines have been broken off and on and last week they were out of soap! This place is awful. The General Manager threatened me with physical violence. He came to my car, opened the door and tried to pull me out. He said he was going to beat me to a pulp - because I beeped the horn at a person who was blocking the entrance. read more

Went to Mach One Car Wash in Rockmart. Ga. The payment method is not user-friendly. Wouldn't work for me or the attendant. Finally got it to work so I could start the Wash. Loved the way it cleaned my car. Once the Wash was finished I headed to the vacuum stations. The first vacuum station didn't work, the 2nd station worked but weak suction. Has to go to different stations to find on that worked. After vacuuming my car, I went to get a rag and spray cleaner. No rags we in the boxes only dirty. Only one bottle of cleaner but it was almost empty. I ask the attendant for clean rags. He said he would bring on in a few but never did. So my experience at Mach One Car Wash was not a good one. I purchased the $25 option. No way would I purchase a yearly subscription for washes. The site attendants needs to do a better job in preparation for the customers. Half of the time something in this wash is not working....either the tire shine, the drying blower, the wash soap, etc. I get it, things break down, but what I can't tolerate is the manager of this business refusing to provide a do over when the machine is working correctly or a refund. On top of that, the man is offensive, threatening and crass. He needs to go. Corporate owners need to instill a better customer service and refund policy when their equipment is not working appropriately. read more

Been going here since it opened,used to do a good job,now half the time the blower does not work and this last trip the center wash brush didn't work and 2 of the side brushes didn't work. My truck windshield was still dirty as well as the back cover and my wheels and the hood still had dirt on it. This is unacceptable,this place needs to shut down and have some maintenance done. Take my money and get half a car wash. read more

I started coming here when It opened. It is pathetic now, they have young boys who don't half do their job and the car wash sucks

Looks expensive but .... the prewash your tires, and back window, spray down the entire vehicle before you enter the automatic... free vacuum ( not during corona virus pandemic) . My Jeep came out very clean and shiny . Paid for the $15 wash. I'm very pleased. read more

Save your money this wash SUCKS! 12.00 for an upgrade and it was a zero upgrade at all. It left dirt all over my vehicle. It is not a value at all. Use the one in Morganton near the Walmart there it is 2 dollars cheaper and does a much better job. read more

My front driver's side tire side wall was punctured by the car wash conveyor system. Tire immediately deflated and the manager said camera footage didn't show anything that would show their fault, he refused to allow me to review the footage. read more

I enjoyed match 1 at first, but when I received a new debit card they never had staff there that could up date the new exp. date. I called customer service left three messages for the last to days sent a email and can still not get anyone to respond back read more

This car wash is pretty good for a drive thru washer. Been there a couple times now and truck was pretty clean afterward. The wheels could be cleaner but I didn't expect them to be perfect from a automatic car wash. read more

The touch screen never works and we have to get the attendant to override the screen every time.
