Located nearby from where I stay when I am away on business, its a good spot to just grab a brew and catch a game. I haven't tried the grub here but have stopped in for a drink or 2 or 3 on several occasions. Bartenders are cool and somewhat quick. This is a great standby place to go with coworkers after work, or with friends and family, including the young ones. They have a great beer selection as well as some wines and a full bar. They've added a bar off to the side which is nice so the partiers can do that side while the families and folks there for food can enjoy a more laid back atmosphere. I hadn't been in there for a couple of years so I was surprised to see the menu is on 1 page now, front and back, with an additional 1 page menu with specials. I eat here with some colleagues once or twice a week, so I guess you could call me a semi-regular. Typical sports bar, not much that differs from any other place you've ever been. There is a dining area and an bar area, which is ice because you can have a little peace and quiet or go to the bar and watch a game if you want. I've basically had the whole menu here, and while I've never had anything I didn't like, I've never had anything extraordinary, either. The only downfall is during the lunch hour, if you sit in the dining area you can hear the manager barking out orders into the kitchen and to the wait staff. A little overbearing if you ask me, but then again the operation seems to run pretty smoothly so maybe the constant micromanagement is working. read more

Good pub food and family friendly. Service was very fast for a Friday night even with almost every table filled (at least a third had kids). They do a team serving approach so we had 3 different servers and it wasn't a problem when we needed more time to review the menu or needed refills on our drinks. I had a burger with the spicy chicken dip which was an interesting combo and I enjoyed it. The kids all loved their food, my wife thought her burger was a little undercooked but I got to finish it the next day so I'm okay with that. I really liked the service here. I'm not sure about all of the staff, but the young lady I had Sunday, 12/9, was super friendly, attentive and helpful. The "NFL" crowd was great and exactly what I expected on a game day. However, I realize it was a pretty day for December 9, but the sun shinning does not always translate that its warm. So putting your AC on full blast had me shivering! I couldn't take how cold it was inside. I heard one couple went outside to warm up...in December for Pete's sake! Came in for dinner after getting to town. Was around 9pm. This place is ok. No frills. I had the buffalo and brisket burger which was really good. They had baked potatoes as a side which sounded like a nice change from fries. Unfortunately the potato was just barely cooked. It didn't crunch like a raw one but it wasn't the slightest bit soft either. My guess by the way it was cut is that they microwaved it, which I don't have a problem with, but please add a couple more minutes to finish it cooking. The other challenge with my visit was that my waitress disappeared. Honestly I think she left for the night. I had to flag someone down to get me my bill. The bacon was carelessly placed, with the lettuce, tomato, and onion on the side. I had to rearrange the bacon, spread the guacamole, and construct the burger myself. I got the impression that the cook was just as bored making it as I was eating it. The burger's saving grace was the patty itself. Tender and juicy, cooked just shy of medium. read more

Great food. Huge beer selection. The bar has been divided into two sections. The one side is a louder more high energy area that's great for watching a game or just having some fun. The other side is a little bit quieter and is actually pretty family friendly. Both sides have plenty of big screen tvs and they always offer great service. I was a little confused how that could be pulled off, but the bar area is essentially in a completely different room than the main dining area where all the kids are wrangled. Okay so I only had a simple shrimp salad with dressing on the side but the service was GREAT! Their drink pours were beyond fair. Most important to me was when I asked about a military discount, the server said she didn't think they offered one (which was fine with me).
