I got Mr. Watters name from my son in law, and we called at 10:30 and they were here at 12:30. First they corrected the drain issue and then replaced the pipe, all in less than an hour. It was a father and son, both were friendly, and I thought extremely reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone with a problem. Upset that no one is home now. Finally called me and I told them I will be back in 30 mins. They came inside and tried to tell me I needed all of these things. The job was to replace a broken pipe between the well and the house. It involved cutting up the concrete patio. They also replaced the little galvanized plumbing we had left and put in a new pressure tank. What I particularly liked about Five Star was the quality of work and that fact that they had a person, Jacob, that followed up and made sure that work progressed and was done to my satisfaction. He got on top of the house but the hydro jet or camera wouldn't fit the pipe. So he came down & checked the main drain which was clear & ended up using a snake to unclog the shower. The problem is he still charged $1200 & only used a snake. Called & spoke with receptionist for manager to call me to discuss & no call yet.
