I told the spokesman for the painting team that the nailheads were to be pretreated but was disregarded. I also sent an email to Wulfhorst Painting but to date have received no reply. It would seem that there was a lack of communication between Brad and the painting team that resulted in a partial completion of what was specified in the estimate. Therefore, I would expect a price adjustment. And I can only hope that the nailheads do not bleed through again.

And the drainage around the house is SO MUCH BETTER. At the time the crew was out, we were having other repairs inside the house, and everyone did the trades shuffle with grace and humor. You haven't seen a crew work like these guys did until you realize they roofed a 7,200 sq ft historic house in just 3 days--including the flat roof rebuilds. So much attention and care was paid to the fabric of the home, and each flat roof got its own plan and treatment.
