This is very odd. I called and made an appointment for a remote consultation on…read morea lap top. Appointment set up on a Tuesday for the consult to take place on Thursday at 8:45. I got a follow up call from William. He gave me info on what to purchase for back up, he was very helpful. My appointment with Christopher rolls around and I get no call. I call their office at 8:50...he's in a meeting. I tell the woman that I had an 8:45 appointment, gave her my name, # and asked for Christopher to call me back....no call. I call later that afternoon, Christopher answers greets me like we are old friends....I ask for William (I felt good about him when we chatted earlier) he was not available. I left a message....no call back. Friday I respond to their email from Tuesday when I scheduled the appointment, they assign a ticket #. Again....no response. William calls me the following Tuesday and acts like this their typical mode of customer service or should I say lack of. I explain the ticket is still open because NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. Crickets chirping.....I said we hired another company....again with the crickets! He says okay. WTF??!!! I wish I knew where their tech Beau went to work. He was fantastic!
