The owner Juvencio is so kind, genuine, and patient. He puts a lot of care into his customers, his community and his work. Today was my first time visiting Mac&PC and I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and close attention to the issues I needed resolved. I brought in an iPhone with a cracked/broken LCD screen and was told it'd be fixed between 35-45 minutes. Juvencio was so personable and sweet in our interaction that it felt like I'd known him for longer. A true gem and staple to have in the neighborhood. I went out while waiting and picked up a coffee for hi, which he accepted with gratitude and excitement (note: he likes sweet beverages and he took my coffee as the tip, an eye for an eye in kindness). It didn't feel like 35-45 minutes had passed when I came back in, he had my phone ready in no time and added a free screen protector and a discount on the final price on top of that. My iPhone looked brand new and he even put on the protector for me. He made the whole process run so quickly and smoothly, I know my laptop is in safe hands as well. As usual, I turned to YELP.com and ran a search for a MAC Laptop computer repair technician. First, YELP is awesome and very helpful. Second, I found an amazing owner (service Tech) for this store MAC & PC WIRELESS. The owner named Juver is spectacular. I explained my situation regarding the track pad on my MAC Air Book. He explained over the phone the potential issues. He gave me a free estimate and even offered free house call. I gave him the model number and serial number. He made sure that the part I would need was in stock. I brought the laptop in and just as he suspected . . . I needed a new trackpad. Right there on the spot in twenty minutes he had the laptop fixed and ready for me to take home right away. Juver charged me &75 + tax. APPLE store wanted $120 + tax. Most stores starting price were 100. All in all, I received excellent customer service, quick reply to all my questions and lightning fast fix. ABOVE ALL! I needed to get a decade's worth of photos, videos and documents off my old laptop. I made plans to take it some place far in Flushing as a friend recommended to me. I didn't want to pay for a $30 cab ride to get there and back plus the hundreds of dollars for the recovery. I decided to check if there were any places near me. Lo and behold, this popped up on my Yelp app! And it's walking distance! I emailed my project via Yelp to the shop and he got back right away, telling me the cost of getting it done. I walk over, he was very polite as he looked at my laptop and told me everything he was doing to it. Within five minutes of walking in, he removed my hard drive, connected it to a USB cable and plastic case and he was done. He showed me on his computer my photos and the first thing that popped up were pix of my beloved deceased dog. I could've cried with joy! I spilled water on my Mac laptop about a year ago, but it still worked if it was plugged in with power cord. Eventually, this stopped working too - on a day when I had a work deadline. I took my laptop to Mac & PC wireless first thing in the morning. Juver was very friendly and confident he and his team could find and fix the issues. I told him this was also my work computer and they made fixing it a priority. He and the team found the issues and fixed it all the same day! They were transparent about what the issues were because they took photos of the damaged areas and posted it to their online portal where they created an account for me to view. I am an iPhone/ipad/laptop smasher. Seriously, i bust my screens every few months and have tried out numerous places. Believe me, This place is the most reasonable and affordable game in town! you won't get a better deal. Juver is awesome! I'm a returning customer at this point, so i usually call ahead and he's always so sweet and usually has what i need in stock so it literally gets fixed that same day! Wow! Great and friendly service! I brought in my macbook pro on a Saturday afternoon, and it was fixed in the same day!! My computer wasn't recognizing my startup disk, and they identified the issue with my hard drive within an hour after dropping it off! The workers here are miracle workers! My iPhone's screen was so badly damaged that it wouldn't respond to touch and I couldn't enter my passcode to retrieve my data. They fixed it the same night I brought it in. It looks/works like new now. They even installed a tempered glass screen protector and fixed my home button for free! I got all of this for $59. They didn't even ask me to write a review for their service. But I feel so happy with the service and my phone that I had to write a review, which I've never done before for any place at all. I brought in my phone for repair after I dropped it in the rain the night before. Because I was not anticipating this happening, and having just paid rent, I did not have all the funds required to pay David for his help that day. I offered to leave my driver's license as collateral until I get my deposit this weekend, but he said that it was alright, and to bring the rest whenever I got paid. Amazing!!! They fixed my trackpad and battery for a little over $100. Other stores told me it would be close to $400! And the Apple store said I should get a new computer. So happy I came here before doing that. They did all those repairs in a matter of hours. They stayed in touch with me and let me know exactly when it would be done. Really the best. Honestly, the best service, this is my first time that I went there and for sure not the last. I had a broken screen ( iPhone 7 ) and I found Mac & pc on yelp so I decided to give it a chance. Paid 75$ and my phone looks even better that it did before, I also had an iPhone 6 that needed a new screen protector. I was shocked when I didn't have to pay for it and also a free one for my phone!
