My wife and i were celebrating our 1st anniversary so naturally i wanted to pull out all the bells and whistles so i chose to get a car service for the evening. I called around and got pricing from a few companies and MAASH was the best priced. The reservationist was also extremely helpful and informative. I ordered a regular sedan for 5 hours and she said they would collect payment on the day of service. I received a confirmation via email within minutes. On the day of service i got a text from the chauffeur advising he was going to be driving us. Our pick up was at 6P and at 5:30P i received another text advising he was on location and just wanted to let us know. We got out and they had upgraded us to a Mercedes E350. It was a pleasant surprise. They had cold water and mints in the vehicle, and the chauffeur(Mike) was very knowledgeable when it came to the city and places to eat/drink. After dinner we asked for suggestions and the gave us a few to go to for drinks. At the end of the night he collected payment (FYI gratuity it included in the quoted price) however, since he was so great there was no way we couldn't tip him extra! read more

My in laws were coming into town and their flight was delayed so i wasn't going to be able to make it to pick them up. I had a coworker that had used MAASH for their getaway vehicle and i got the number from him. Spoke with a reservationist named Tiffany and she was extremely sweet and was able to set the up the pick up. Since it was my first time using them she upgraded the vehicle to a SUV for the same rate. (Side note: Their rate is actually cheaper than most other companies and they give you an all inclusive rate so there are no additional charges on the back end.) She told me where they would pick up and the chauffeur texted me when he was on location. My in-laws were able to spot him easily since he had a tablet with a name sign. They said after a long day of travel this made them feel special. They said the chauffeur (Mike i believe his name was) was extremely pleasant, assisted with luggage, had cold water and asked them what temperature they wanted. On the way back my in-laws told my wife and i not to bother and they would call and request Mike again. I will definitely be using them again! read more

The MAASH team is the best I've come across in years. I travel a lot for work and i've been exposed to my fair share of transportation companies. Joe, Mike, David and every driver I've had shows up early, in a clean late model vehicle, dressed to the nines and is pleasant. Now it would seem like that should be the standard but TRUST ME when i say it is NOT. Yesterday, Delta had a major site crash which caused all kinds of havoc. I was picked up at 7A for my flight which was later cancelled- the chauffeur came back to get me. I then had to be picked back up later in the day for my next flight and the chauffeur dropped me off and told me he didn't have anything else for the rest of the day so he would hang around while i confirmed the flight was scheduled to take off. THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL SERVICE! He said he had a few clients that had to go back and wanted to make sure i had a way to get back and didn't have to wait. I had a wine tour for my business retreat coming up and i used MAASH for transportation. The reservationist was informative and advised me the best route to take and where to go as the final dinner and wine location. On the day of service the driver was early and dressed well. He was polite and informative and very familiar with the wineries so he wasn't super focused on his GPS. It was an extremely pleasant experience and i didn't have to be a backseat driver. The rates all "all inclusive" so they do include tax and a 15% gratuity but of course i was so pleased i didn't mind tipping extra especially since their rate was cheaper. The van was a hightop in immaculate condition. I will definitely be using them again. They also invoice within 24 hours which is such a convenience when you have to expense the travel. read more

I am a small company owner outside Atlanta and I travel weekly to the airport. On the times I have used this service or if I used them for my friends/family, MAASH have always done a fantastic job. They are a class company that provides very professional drivers and vehicles and even accommodates the preference for a driver or a last minute reservation. I have used others prior, but have continued to stay with and highly recommend this service. Prices are comparable to any other service in Atlanta, but the customer service is the difference. Used MAASH for a Bachelorette party I threw for my best friend and the service was nothing short of perfection. From the time I called and spoke with Tiffany to reserve the vehicle to the moment I was dropped off everything was seamless. The chauffer was well dressed, polite and knew the city really well. There are so many car options to choose from in Atlanta. I used Maash because of a referral. I knew that car service was generally expensive but these guys weren't expensive at all. We were going to San Francisco for Spring Break! .... Our chauffeur to the airport was Dave he was a great driver and had plenty of stories about being a chauffeur and lots of cool stuff to suggest to do in Atlanta. I travel quite a bit on business and MAASH is now the only car service I use. Sometimes I have to be on the road at 4 or 5 in the morning and the chauffeurs are always so nice and friendly. (Even that early) The cars are always so clean and the temperature is always perfect. The driver usually asks me what my music preference is, (Unless it's Joe because he remembers and has my station playing when I get in the car!) This service is great at assisting the metro atlanta area. I was going from my house in Alpharetta to ATL airport and my driver "Mike" was there a few minutes before pickup time. Ready to take me on my journeys. The ride was fantastic. The car was one of those new Chevy Suburbans and it rode smooth and was visually clean and smelled clean as well.
