My driver Debbie was amazing. A total pro. The called me the night before just to verify that she was going to be picking me up. Then as she was on her way I got a text alert that she was on her way. She showed up 10 minutes early which I truly appreciate because nothing is worse than when a driver is late... The suv was super clean and Debbie is such a lovely person and a great driver. She's been with the company for many many years. She even text me the next day to make sure I was okay after my appointment. I'm telling you it's the little touches like this that makes companies like Action Limo beat uber or Lift any day of the week...and twice on Sundays.

They tracked my trip and communicated with me that they were aware my flight was delayed eliminating stress for me. My chauffeur guided me to the vehicle by phone from the moment I arrived until I was seated in his SUV. I can't say enough about this company and their professionalism and proactive communications.

Oh what a wonderful surprise and experience it was........So let's just say that I was very stunned to learn that there were so many wineries in the state of Georgia. This is how my journey unfolded on this beautiful day; I will start with Tom Ward the owner....Mr. Wine Connoisseur himselfJ Very knowledgeable and full of wisdom beyond his years. There wasn't a question that I asked or wanted to learn about wines that Tom wasn't able to provide me with an answer for. Tom was friendly, kind, attentive and very accommodating. Once we got on the tour bus, filled with snacks, water, wine and movies I was like a kid on her way to her very first field trip. We made a stop at one of his pickup locations to pick up two additional lovely ladies. We stopped and had a celebratory toast to begin our wine adventure; it was amazing. From there, we drove to the first winery "Wolf Mountain Vineyard". It was cozy, beautiful, with great ambiance. We had a quick bite (very delicious) and of course several rounds of wine tasting. Then we were off again to our 2nd winery "Serenity Cellars". This in itself was an amazing experience. The staff was remarkable; there was a wide selection of wines red and white. I am normally a sweet wine drinker, but this definitely gave me an opportunity to expand my palate and gave me a better appreciation for different wines. Of course, I could not forget the beautiful young lady that serenaded us with her lovely voice. Lastly, our 3rd winery "Kaya Vineyard & Winery". This winery was a little bit more upbeat, much younger crowd, not as quaint as the other wineries but nonetheless still good. There wines were ok but didn't knock me off my feet. Yes, I still drank it.....all of it lol. The view was amazing, one of the most beautiful rainbows I have ever seen. It was just my luck because then the second rainbow came out; first time ever seeing a double rainbow. So I said all this to say, no matter your level of expertise with wines this is the tour for you. There is something for everyone. I bought several bottles of wine and have been enjoying some and put the rest up for another time. I am a light weight so on the way home I slept like a baby while everyone else enjoyed a great documentary on wines. I am actually looking forward to doing this tour again. Maybe in the Spring or the Summer. One of my best tours ever!!!!! I applaud the level of excellence received at ATL Vineyard Express.

She was unsteady and did not really know how to maneuver the vehicle well. They clearly did not have a good plan mapped out. The microphone on the bus was broken so we could not hear the tour guide. He was not sure about any intriguing facts about any of the sites and he was tentative, lacking professional posture and communication. He was a student and very kind but should not be a tour guide. Aside from the bus being comfortable it was a pretty low quality experience. We drove by the HBCUs, saw the outside of Tyler Perry, Studios, and visited the King Center. All great sites. The website advertised numerous additional stops though. The worst part of all of this is that the owner did not care AT ALL about our experience. The tour was over $1500 for 30 people. It was as if he took the money and was not interested at all in whether we were satisfied. At the very minimum had he gotten a megaphone (as requested) or checked the sound on the bus before the tour it would have made a huge difference. He also needs to train all of his tour guides and map out a plan for them to follow. This saddened me.

It was cold and windy that day; luckily, the trolley was heated, and the weather did not affect the tour. This tour is a great deal, priced under $40, to get a detailed overview of the main neighborhoods in and around Atlanta. These days, you will pay a lot more to drive around in an Uber or Lyft, and you won't get a tour guide giving you the history behind the landmarks you will see. The only stop made on this tour is at the Martin Luther King Jr. Center. You will have some time to explore the Center, but not enough to see everything in this area. Ebenezer Baptist Church is next to the Center, and the trolley drives by MLK Jr.'s birth home. At the time I visited, the home was temporarily closed for renovations. For a more in-depth tour of the neighborhood, you will need to return on your own.
