Let me tell everyone something before you purchase from these people.. They are the ultimate SCAMMERS in the computer business and the owner pictured here is the worst of the worst. THIS OWNER WILL PHYSICALLY ASSAULT WOMEN!! I see that multiple people complain about this business and you see them replying under reviews saying it's "FAKE REVIEW" but I had to see for myself and RECORD A VIDEO just in case I never had any proof. I was actually a returning customer to this store because they sell cheap laptops. The day I went in this store looking to purchase a laptop he was being all nice telling me all the products they had. Then I asked them if they had a similar laptop to the one I had and he went in the back and grabbed a laptop that was not on the display. I immediately asked him "what is wrong with it" since it is not on display. He laughed and said there is nothing wrong with it. I actually asked him if there was anything wrong with any of the laptops since they were so cheap. He laughed and all his workers said no. So I purchased the laptop that was in his hand (in the video) for about $260. He had his workers install some BOOTLEG WINDOWS software on my computer. Not even 3 weeks later the laptop went BLACK SCREEN IN MY LAP. It did some update bullshit and never turned back on. So honestly my immediate reaction was ANGER. NOT EVEN A MONTH PASSED AND IT BROKE WITH NO FAULT OF MY OWN. They sold me a bootleg laptop that was probably stolen and given for me. A 19 year old college girl that doesn't even have money in the first place. That has all her documents installed and everything. I went into the store asking him if he knew me and he was being so ignorant saying no. I explained the day I bought the laptop and he said he wasn't even working that day. Funny he said that because he's the one that sold me that laptop. Anyways, he immediately denied everything I told him and ACCUSED ME OF BANGING THE LAPTOP ON THE FLOOR!!! I HAD IT FOR 3 WEEKS!!!! Told me he will have to do a hard drive review or some shit and it will take a long time for him to inspect it. I'm like NO because I need my laptop NOW. He wasn't giving me any time-span or anything AND what these people will do is TAKE YOUR LAPTOP AND NOT GIVE IT BACK TO YOU UNTIL YOU GIVE THEM MONEY! I LEARNED THAT THE HARD WAY. SO i said I'm not going to leave until you give me a new laptop. This owner immediately got hostile and PHYSICALLY TRIED TO PUSH ME OUT THE STORE. I WAS RECORDING HIM AND HE GRABBED MY LAPTOP AND MY PHONE AND PUT IT ON HIS WET YELLOW CAR. (it was raining outside) I HAD TO DEFEND MYSELF !!!(A WOMEN) LOOK HOW HE IS HANDLING MY LAPTOP IN THE VIDEO!!! AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE VIDEO HE WAS REALLY ANGRY AND YELLING BECAUSE I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH OF EVERYTHING I SAID. SO ANYONE THAT IS BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE STAY FAR AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Warning!! Please stay away! This is a serious gang bunch of criminals ! I purchased a laptop for my son and it never worked, after 10 months of constant excuses finally the owner/manager told me he won't give me another laptop nor the money back!
