Rather than hitting me with a high priced repair quote, they insisted on rechecking the Warranty. To my surprise, my iPad was still covered. Forty eight hours later, they call and told me that my brand new iPad was ready for pickup. All that they charged me was a very reasonable service/handling fee. Not many shops go the extra distance for you like this, these days. Bottom line. If you want your computer electronics repaired: fast; and done right the first time by well trained and extremely competent technicians; Buy N Cell is the place to go.

I recently took it upom myself to take apart the android device sellteck had repaired in order replace the screen again. Your better off getting a new phone Re: there's a difference between a crack on the screen and the phone not turning on after. I know you don't remember a lot of things. It took you 15 minutes to find my phone in all of the garbage in your shipping container store. (who knows if that was even my phone) Maybe you should invest In some education and better parts so you can fix people's phones properly. You're lack of humility and denial in this situation shows what kind of service you will get. I'm glad you showed your true colours. SCAM!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

They did honor their warranty within the eligible period. After a year, the same old phone was dead (no power) and had no charging again (partly due to my fault) . Mobile Square was able to fix it at an affordable price while two other companies claimed there were issues with the motherboard. Beware of VERBAL ABUSE!!!…read more I am extremely disappointed by the treatment I received at Mobile Square and I feel other customers should be aware. I first visited the store last week during lunch time because my iPad was experiencing frequent crashing issues. During that visit, one of the technicians was already impatient when I asked questions and tried to get clarification about the problem. Despite the poor attitude, I left my iPad with them for diagnosis, hoping the technical expertise would make up for the customer service. When I picked it up, a different technician explained that the crashing issue had been temporarily resolved and that the underlying problem was a damaged power management IC. I was advised to use an original Apple charger moving forward. After returning home and following those instructions, I discovered that my iPad would not charge, even with an original Apple charger. Concerned that the issue had not actually been resolved, I returned to the store the following week. Unfortunately, that second visit was far worse. A third technician with glasses, who had not been involved in my previous visits, immediately came across as dismissive and unprofessional when I was trying to ask for clarity. While the previous technician was attempting to explain the situation to me, he repeatedly interrupted the conversation and treated me with open hostility. After I confronted with him of his rude behavior and attitudes, he then proceeded to call me a "B!TCH" and even said "F@CK YOU" directly to my face. I was stunned. I came in seeking help with a device and instead was subjected to verbal abuse from a staff member. No customer should ever be spoken to this way under any circumstances. This behavior and attitude were completely unacceptable. Technical issues can happen. Repairs may not always work. All I wanted was clarification to understand the issue better. What customers should be able to expect, however, is professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy. Based on my experience, this business failed on all three. I cannot recommend Mobile Square to anyone. If customer service matters to you, I would strongly consider taking your business elsewhere.

I GOT RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY* The screen they installed for my LG phone broke within 48 hours…read moreof the screen being installed. That is with the screen protector that they installed as well. WARNING! THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PHYSICAL DAMAGE! After presenting this information to them within 48 hours from when the installation happened, they told me that "It's not our fault that the screen cracked" and said I would have to pay more to get it fixed. It dropped only 2.5 feet, when I opened an office door and it cracked. Between the warranty not covering physical damage, the poor quality of the screen installation and the products they use and the bad business approach of running away from responsibility after only 48 hours of the service being preformed. I CAN NOT suggest this company to anybody. -Adam *feel free to fix this experience anytime
