They are one of the few complexes that do month to month leasing which is great if you're a contract worker looking for a place to stay for the outage. They also give TVA employees a discount. A fully furnished studio apartment will run you $980 for the month. Water, electricity and sewage are included in rent. Cable and internet have to be set up by you. Pets are allowed. The place is decent, nothing fancy. Not very new but not super outdated. They don't provide any cookware (pots/pans) or microwave. They don't have very many electrical outlets either. And the ones they do have are in inconvenient places. The apartment was fairly clean when I moved in, they could have done a better job. Fridge was a little sticky. Haven't seen any bugs so that's a plus. Staff seems a little ditsy and kind of rush you a bit but they are still friendly. They have a separate area to wash clothes. I find this inconvenient and prefer the washer and dryer hook ups be inside the apartments but that's just me. The grass area overlooks the lake. not everyone gets to see the lake from their own patio, but you are able to walk down to it and they have a small bench there where you can sit and just chill. They have a beautiful pool area as well. There's also a restaurant in the lobby area which is pretty cool. If you are looking for something decent, fairly close to everything and monthly leasing then look no further. If you are looking for complete luxury with the most high tech newest appliances then this might not be for you.

They gave me a quote and I signed. I asked to move in a day earlier and confirmed explicitly the rate would not change; management confirmed back in writing it would not. Then it increased to over $50 more. They also demanded I pay an extra $76 for the additional day of rent, double what the rent rate was. I asked both management and leasing to honor their word about keeping the same rate, but they both refused. The unit is now back on the market for the original rate. I also asked to view the unit before signing, but leasing refused, claiming they have never allowed any viewings before signings. I found this odd and refused to sign the lease. Leasing eventually let me view so I would sign. The unit was materially different than presented. I did not sign due to the unauthorized rent increase. Leasing and management got very upset. They refused to return my large security deposit that was explicitly outlined as paid in case of default or damage during tenancy, but no tenancy happened. Jeannelle, the assistant manager, is nice, despite increasing rent without authorization; and Kenna, the manager, was polite in my brief interaction. Lacy Shadrick, the leasing manager, was strange. Questions repeatedly went unanswered and ignored. She acted like I was inconveniencing her many times by simply asking questions, such as asking her to rectify or clarify incorrect dates she wrote on documents multiple times in a row. Dates on documents to this day are incorrect. I pulled into the complex after a 40-hour road trip when my tire popped. I was standing in the parking lot in 95-degree weather with a whining dog, trying to communicate with a tire company, when Lacy came out; with no introduction or greeting, she demanded I immediately sign the new lease because she had a schedule. I asked for a moment as I was on the phone, overheating and exhausted. She acted like I was greatly inconveniencing her and wasting her time. I later found out that her refusal to view units policy was untrue as she demanded I collect my packages I proactively had delivered there so she could "show" the unit "asap" after I refused to sign the unauthorized lease.
