I called ahead for a manicure and pedicure. The kind girl at the front asked for my name but over the phone they told me to just come right in. I waited a few minutes with no problem. There's a few pads of paper on the counter you fill out. I've never done that and didn't fill it out correctly. I checked manicure and pedicure but she asked if I wanted gel on my toes and dip on my hands for an up charge. I said yes. It's my first time and I wanted to have the full experience. I chose the gold mani and gold pedi. Not the most expensive options but just under that. Someone else pointed me to a wall to pick a number of color. #244 but as she painted on the color it was a gray and not the purple in the book. There's many books, all with the same numbers. I imagine this must be a frustrating system. As I had my feet soaking at the chair, I couldn't walk over to the book but I showed her afterwards. We picked a new color and moved on. It was a relaxing time. The chair massage was poor, after a minute I opted for turning it off as it was shaking my hands while the tech, LeAnn, was working. A couple times the tech at my feet, Snow, surprised me different tools sharpness but we apologized and continued. The massage Snow and LeAnn gave me was incredible! At my neck and arms, it was heaven. $235 for a gel pedicure and dip manicure, and then I added tip It was mostly a great time. But I don't know if I'll be back. I want to be a regular at a salon. But paying $235 every few weeks is too expensive. read more

I cannot express how amazing the service was for my mani and pedicure. I LOVE my nails.I had the pleasure of being serviced by NiNi and Tina, who were just the sweetest ladies. The front desk lady was helpful in helping me decide on which services I wanted and made sure I was okay during my appointment. Being 7 months pregnant it was a much needed and relaxing time. The front parking is limited as you're sharing with a restaurant, you may have to park in the back. I was welcomed at the front desk by a young lady, she had me fill out the form and told me which side was dip and gel Polish for me to pick the color I wanted. I requested to use the restroom first, they have two. One is the storage room and later on I found out it was also the wax room. The restroom was clean. My services for today: Dip, Pedicure and wax....I was happy with all my services to include my arm pit wax. They are just not set up to do the job. She apologized and said they were still new. We made it happen in the bathroom/storage room. It's wedding weekend and it's necessary. Yet, I'll wait on my eyebrows. read more

Having a negative experience here was truly disappointing. Despite my intention of treating myself after a long day of cleaning, I felt judged based on my attire. Despite filling out the paperwork with my preferences, they continuously changed the plan and refused to accommodate my requests, citing cost concerns. All I wanted was to have my nails done, regardless of the expense. It made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time here. read more

The only thing I liked was how quickly I was seated and their color options. The manicurist didn't speak to me at all, so it was a little awkward. I got a gel manicure, which is supposed to last 2-3 weeks, and the nails started chipping 3 days after the manicure. It's almost 2 weeks now and the gel has peeled off of 5 of my nails. I went here because I was visiting my sister in Burleson; I'll stick with my regular place in Arlington. read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! They are terrible and they are the typical asians THAT DOES TALK ABOUT CUSTOMERS. I came in around 10:10 and asked for a full set dip. They kept upselling me to get a pedicure. I said "I have to leave by 11:15" and they were persistent. So I agreed. Keep in mind it was both the receptionist & the nail tech. The nail tech was the one that ended doing my nails, while I was getting a pedicure. The whole time she was rushing and kept bossing everyone around saying that I was rushing her. Not once did I say anything to her. She was speaking in Vietnamese, little did she know I am Vietnamese. She also had the audacity to call me a BIT** in Vietnamese. I held back and did not say anything because at this point, I just needed it to be done and to get out of there. She even admitted she did a sloppy job in Vietnamese. I still paid , but did not tip her. This place was terrible. What a shame!! read more

I have given this place a couple of chances. I went right before I went to the hospital to give birth to my baby and I was there for 2 hours. I chose a very light pink color (almost whiteish pink) and the color they put on my nails was purple so I had to ask them to redo it as I didn't want purple nails. 10 months later (today) I decided to go back and give them another chance because I love the atmosphere, but today I chose a deep hot pink color and ended up with a light highlighter pink. It seems as if they made up all of the sample colors and then forgot to label them and went back and tried to match them but they're all wrong. The skin around my nails is also hurting really badly after this visit. I also asked to get the matching paint color on my toes and not only does it not match my nail color at all, but it was already ruined by the time I got home because the polish was caked on so thick it wouldn't dry. I wanted to like this place so bad but unfortunately I just can't give it another shot. read more

They refused to clip an ingrown toe nail without giving me a $35 pedicure. I've gotten ingrown toe nails taken care of before without a full pedicure. They were extremely rude and I ended up walking out and going somewhere else. read more

I goes here quit often I went this particular day to get a pedicure. I always get jail polish. My pedicure was 35. She told me that gel is 20 which she told me which would be $55 OK but not OK when I get to checkout to pay my receipt says 35 pedicure 20 gel polish and $7 for French I was really angry so I said well that's her tip. I go here all the time and this particular time they decide to overcharge me well I will not be back because for these people to do this not OK They do good work I won't deny that but they'll charge you and over charge you read more

This place is just like any other... but PRICEY. I got a dip set with tips, and one design on one finger on both hands, it's $5 extra for tips, $5 extra for a design per finger, ended up being $80. I came back today wanting a nude set in gel with a tip and they said they couldn't do that. It was a whole process to just get them to do it. Just not worth the money, go somewhere else. read more
