Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the quality of the gel manicure. I got my nails done on Thursday, and by Friday afternoon the gel had already peeled off two nails. I called, and they were kind enough to fit me in to repair them. However, later that same evening, two more nails peeled. While the customer service was great, I personally wouldn't recommend this salon for gel manicures based on my experience.

Now going to a new salon you don't know anyone and you don't know who you are going to be working with. Shira did my color and a cut. My word, you could not ask for a nicer person to do your hair. Shira and her boss spent over twenty minutes alone figuring out what products to use to get my hair ash blonde (the color I was asking for at the other salon but never got). Not only was my hair not even close to ash blonde it had at least 5 or more shades of blonde, yellow , orange and my roots. I was there for awhile but it did not even feel like it. Everyone was so nice and the salon is very comfortable. This is one of my favorite cut and colors I ever had, and I have been coloring for a LONG time now. Shira did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend Bijou. They are a little pricey but my hair was a disaster and I can't believe what a difference a couple of hours and a great stylist can do. Alyssa listens.! after intense, discussion and consultation, we came up with a preliminary plan. And this plan has worked toward.
