cut trees for total value above 10k. Mike Came onsite and did estimate. had everything in agreement with photo proof before the scheduled date. mIke came and say he can't cut trees he agreed and needed to do replace trees. I was shocked he backed off from the agreement. but I agreed. in the end of day, he still didnt cut one tree he promised to cut and left. I questioned Mellisa and never got a response. and I let it pass. and then at second scheduled date, I have everything in agreement again beforehand. Mike came and started to say he can't cut the trees in the invoice he sent me again and wanted to switch to other small Trees! ! I stayed firm on the invoice And showed him the invoice and photos proof. And then he just took Off. Why would you conduct any business with people with no ethics and professionalism. Doesn't even Bother to apology for his mistake. I waited more than one month for him to cut tress and he just left because he didn't want to do what he promised to do. It's not like you are the only tree removal company in the area. I called another company on the same day he took off me, and had my trees removed next day. What a horrible experience. I called in looking for help getting some trees cut down. They did an awful job. They created problems with my neighbors. They went above and beyond in a bad way of what I needed done. The receptionist, if you can call her that, I think her name was Melissa, laughed at me when I called to complain and said something to the effect of "I don't care, you are on your own". Wow! This company is amazing! From working with Melissa in the office to Mike who provided the estimate to Tyler's crew who came and did the work. I've dealt with numerous tree companies in the past but none that provided such end to end value, efficiency and professionalism. In about two and a half hours, the crew removed a crab apple tree, pruned three more & cleaned up as if they were never here . They were even able to stay a little longer to prune a couple of trees I neglected to mention to them in the beginning. If you're in the Canton area and don't use these folks, you're probably paying too much and definitely missing out on a great customer experience. read more

3rd tree job they've done for me. Consistently great work. Staff appear to be well trained and conscientious. Pricing is fair. Office is responsive and communicative. On this job, they pruned 3 maple trees in front yard, raising the canopy height by about 25 feet. Earlier work was taking out 5 nearly dead thin pine trees, and taking down a massive very old pine that had died. read more

These guys are amazing! Their price was the best and their service was even better. They arrived on time, brought lots of equipment and crew, and finished the job quickly and professionally. It was amazing to watch their remote-controlled boom truck reach hundreds of feet across my yard and up to the treetop. The remote-control extended the boom, deployed automated claws to grasp the trunk, and operated the chain saw to bring the tree down with amazing precision. Never, I repeat, never use the landscaping part of this company. Last summer they agreed to hydro seed my back lawn. They showed up unannounced one day and started to lay down the seed. I told them that a major rainstorm was expected the next day and asked if it was a good idea to put down the seed. The owner said "I hope it will stick and if not we'll come back next spring to fix it." Guess what? There was a major rain storm the next day and the rain either washed away the seed in some areas or caused clumping of the seed in other areas so that there were a lot of bare spots. I received a bill for $600 and, against my better judgment, paid it based on their representation that they would come back. Guess what again? They haven't come back despite a lot of chasing, unreturned phone calls, and excuses. Now I'm out $600. read more

I used them to cut down some trees in my backyard. They did a good job with that, however, the owner told me he would be putting down wood planks to drive his trucks on due to the ground being soft. I come home from work to big tire marks from there equipment in my backyard because they didn't use any wood, just drove right onto my lawn and now I need to have that fixed. Not good business IMO. read more
