Everything was cooked perfectly, I especially liked the Brisket. Nice crust on the ribs,chicken and brisket. The rolls were very fresh and were great for sandwiches. Owner told us to keep the inner wrapper on the sub as we eat or otherwise it might spill all over cause it was so packed... he was so right! Sub was fully loaded to the max and absolutely delicious!!
