Since it's around the holidays, my Landlord wasn't able to send the usual maintenance team urgently. Chris And his team were super responsive, quick, crystal clear in their explanation of the fix, and even politely waited for me to finish a work call so they could show me what they'd done. I'll definitely call them again if I ever need anything & will refer Riser Electric to my landlord. Thanks Chris!

Joe came, scoped out the work, made a copy of the entire report, wrote up a thorough estimate, and I waited. The phone staff were very patient with me because I was nervous they would not want to do all the work that needed to be addressed! After I approved the estimate, Jerry arrived, and he and Gabe methodically plugged away at each issue. As the day progressed, I became more impressed with Jerry's integrity, professionalism, character and wisdom. Instead of saying they'd be back to finish the work another day, Jerry called in Aiden and Vitor, and they completed everything! I am so grateful for the excellence, teamwork, patience, and positivity of everyone who helped me! Thank you! You are the best!

I asked a few questions, everything was straight forward and easy to understand. On the day of the project, we talked over in detail my options for a fireplace outlet. Without a doubt I had full confidence that they would be able to finish the project, not only successfully, but presentable and neatly. A few approvals and the project began. Juan and Tony treated my home as their own. They put drop clothes and plastic sheeting over everything to protect furniture, floor, etc. Used a vac and everything to keep a clean working area. Tony is very knowledgeable of the install! They tackled the attic to run wires, got the electrical box on the fireplace, and the rest was history! They also included mounting my full motion tv mount. Price was reasonable and great workmanship. I didn't have to stay and walk them through anything. They were 10000% knowledgable and trustworthy people! Completely comfortable with them, they felt like family! My key point: they treated my home like their own and made it how they would install in their home. Very much noted and grateful to find these guys. Highly recommended! Quality!

So when I needed my outdoor lighting replaced, I searched Yelp, and decided to give JC Technical Solutions a try. They came by, inspected the existing installation, then gave me a quote to replace the lighting. The quote was very fair, and so I gave them the ok to proceed. During the replacement, they showed me parts of the existing wiring, that was not done properly for an outdoor installation. However, they replaced the improper wiring connections at no extra charge. I found JC Technical Solutions to be fast, professional electricians who charge a very fair price. I will use them again and highly recommend you give them a try.

Although it took some time to find a competent installation electrician, once I did, it was a breeze. Seriously - this company sent over electricians within hours (not days), had the best price, a very fast install, and incredibly kind electricians. (I was about to invite them in for a beer!). The bill I got was EXACTLY the same as the original quote. Not a dollar extra. This is super rare in my experience. Truly a 10/10 experience. If you need a Tesla charger installed, or probably any electrical work, this is your team.

They are just 2 guys that I found on craigslist but they do a great job. They have a minimum fee of $125, so if you need a bunch of little things done, its a great deal. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 is they left a bit of a mess after they did my invisible wiring in my wall from the drilling, but for such a great price, i can't complain. So nice and they will work in the evenings as well--had them come on a Friday night to mount my TV and have some paintings hung into my brick walls and they did an incredible job. Then they came back the next morning to do more!

The missing star from the "Five Star Review": There was a third person with them (not of the J & A duo) and he tended to talk a lot, slowed the process down and seemed a bit absent minded. However, that said, this nameless third person did a great job as well.
