First off, when I bought the car, they told me that I could use the my job is my credit option because I do not have a co signer, which is obviously what was needed considering my credit was less than appealing. They took forever processing my loan the tried to say that it was my fault the the loan wasn't processed on time due to address verification issues and lack of having a co signer. I had my friend and her landlord write a letter stating that I lived at this address which wasn't a lie. So the following day I go to pick up my car, and I call or text them to inform them that I am on my way to come get my car and the proceed to tell me that I cannot have the car back because the finance company would like for me to have a co signer, whe I've already told them I don't and won't have anyone available to consign for me. Not only did they take my car, but they never gave me my down payment back...so now I'm carless and I don't have my money from them...Now I'm dealing with an attorney to get my money back as well as reimbursement for the unnecessary Ubers I had to pay for to get back and forth to work and the hotels I had to unnecessarily pay for because I was living in my car. They didn't like that and I think that may be partly why they took the car away. So now I'm pretty much paying for someone else to drive my car. I was two car payments in when this started as well and I'd only had the car for two months. This is unjust and unfair treatment and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! They will rip you off just to get a buck...I will not be back and I will ensure that I get every penny of my mine back including my reimbursement...#NEVERAGAIN!!

He showed us the options and allowed us to choose the pace and decide which way to move forward. Once a car had been decided on, he ran the numbers and of course the monthly payments weren't acceptable at first, but after some easy and low key negotiations they all agreed on all terms and went to sign the papers with Ramon, also a kind and helpful man. He explained that several employees were out sick, and to please be patient. No problem. And that being said, we were in/out in less than 3 hours! We have purchased and/or leased a couple dozen cars and must say this was the easiest, low pressure, friendly process we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. My daughter and daughter-in-law leased the most beautiful Outlander on the lot, all the bells and whistles included. Kudos to James and Ramon for never pressuring us, and making us feel like they really wanted to help us make a deal. If you are considering a Mitsubishi this should be your first stop, and most likely your last, with you driving away in your new car...and a smile :)

Along with them is Gibson's Garage, top notch honest service and though they are a small business, they are among the best there is. As for Oxnard Mitsubishi, The vehicle I bought was said to belong to one of the managers wives. I find it quite impossible that there wasn't prior knowledge that the bottom end had been into and crankshaft bearings were replaced. The gaskets/ material was not a match either. Upon inspection it was revealed there were 3 different sized bearings used putting it back together. It was a only a matter of time until the bearings would fail. Dealership of course denied any knowledge of it. Reported to the B.A.R. Dealership not interested in hearing about it at any level. Decided to do an update and let it be known once again for buyers. Be very careful with this place. Honesty and willingness to make things right was not amongst the values that this business operates by. In a word "Shameful". Beware !

Constantly catches the sun glare right into the driver's eye. Also, have taken the car in for a screeching noise that the car makes while driving at highway/freeway speeds. Of course, the service department couldn't find the source of the sound, probably because they didn't bother to take it on the freeway. I can't wait until my lease ends to get rid of this car. Would turn it in early if I could, but don't want to pay $$$$$$$ just to get out of it.
