Please note this time frame doesn't include cement to cure and sealer time. This is extend by weather and cement which can not be controlled by no one. Steve was professional and on time. He returned all text messages and calls in the same day.. This project was the best experience in construction I have ever had. Please note that we have a phase II planed in 6 months for additional cement on the side of the house.. We are actually looking forward to our second project with Steve. We know he will get the job done with high quality... We are also getting turf, landscaping and a water feature... This consisted of drains, dirt removal, electrical 220 for spa and pavers on the side of the house. We also have a planter which consisted of a raised brick wall.. We qualified for the DWP's Turf Replacement program and we searched for a company that would work with us to implement our ideas. Mike was a great landscape designer! He took the plans we received from the DWP and enhanced them for our garden. When we needed to make adjustments for additional plants, Mike provided us with several choices and photos which allowed us to make informed decisions. Carlos and his team were great to work with. They were responsive to our questions and requests and even let us know when they were taking a lunch break so we could let the dogs out during that time. Dee came by to check on the project regularly. We have some plants that appear to be struggling. He said they may be in shock (it was over 100 degrees when they were planted) and he wanted to give them a couple weeks to recover. If they don't, he said we should call and they'll replace them. I have absolute trust that they will do so. We're thrilled with our new yard! Next year we plan to do the front yard and will be calling G&L again.
