He explained that turnover is high, someone was sick today and sent me in writing how he cancels appointments when his employees call out. There is always the slight chance that a cleaner will be unavailable, in which case there will be 2 of us." "I understand (and appreciate) your desire for reliable, quality cleaning company. Unfortunately, the average cleaning company has a 200 - 300% turnover ratio, which can and does result in late arrival and/or cancellations. This is frustrating for client and business owner alike. If a small comment can result in a flurry of email and phone calls, I would not like to see the result of a missed appointment. The Tidy Veteran Solution team agreed to tackle a very difficult job, which included an oven that was impossibly dirty. The team showed up on time and invested hours of elbow grease, as promised. Although the house was greatly improved, I contacted the owner Ed the next day with a few "I think you missed a spot photos" and he not only responded promptly and positively, but came to my house personally the next morning and energetically scrubbed and cleaned those spots (and more) to a point that far exceeded my expectations. I now feel like I can enjoy my house for the first time in months. This is a local NH business with an honest and energetic owner and I highly recommend it.

They failed to perform work they billed for, which led to mold growth, and it took another month for them to return and fix their mistake. Over a year later, they are now demanding payment without providing an invoice for insurance or me to review (neither an Xactimate or TradePro estimate for $10K of work), while threatening interest charges and property liens. Despite advertising that they work with insurance companies, they refused to coordinate with mine. Very frustrating, lengthy and unprofessional experience. I'll post again if this is ever resolved! Please note the workers were helpful and respectful of me and my property, the billing and project management process are just horrible.

Mom's large china hutch was moved out of the house by movers for fear of breaking it. Eleven months later, it was delivered back to us - and it had not been cleaned! It was still black from soot! We went around testing the other furniture and while the flat surfaces were cleaned, none of the "nooks & crannies" were touched - still black from soot.
