Piss poor communication - never knew when/if they'd be here to do the work. Can't get them to reveal who the licensed plumber and electrician who worked in my house was, and I think it's because they did the work themselves, which has me worried and is illegal. My new bathroom sink leaks. The toilet, which they supposedly "sanitized", was covered with, well, you can guess. Still cleaning up after them. I don't know what the plumber who recommended them was thinking, but I won't have him back after recommending them.

Actually disgusting is being kind. I'm not sure what happened between going on contract and then for our walkthrough, but yeah... not good. Not good at all.. I was recommended this company though and wow. It's a different home! We were very close to ripping up all of the carpet to replace them, and we can now get at minimum quite a few more years out of them. Not only did this save us thousands, the gentleman (Chris) who cleaned them for us was very sweet, to us, our son and our pup. He also saw our time kitchen floors as I tiredly grabbed my mop and told me they also do tile cleaning. I will be booking the first appointment available! I wish i had before and afters, but take my word... amazing work. Highly recommend!!

John showed up the very next day and did an amazing job - the basement stairs are the MAIN stairway to the house from the garage and to exit out to the yard. I have 4 dogs and 6+ years of use!! Thank you, Paula, for being so nice & in-service and pro-active and thank you, John, for the amazing job on our YUCK carpet today. YOU BOTH saved us as our Open House is this Friday - WHEW - one less thing off a very long list and what a GREAT JOB!! Very Happy New Customers! Victoria & Jay Cappadoro

I want to say a BIG "THANK YOU" to Luciana and her angels for coming in and helping my daughter…read moreclean her home from top to bottom. They did such a fantastic job. It was astonishing. My daughter has two little ones under the age of two; she and her husband both work full-time jobs and have a lot on their plate. So housecleaning can be challenging, to say the least, with two little ones and a dog and full-time jobs. So when we found Luciana and her dream team, she and her team were a godsend; they did a deep cleaning. It looked sparklingly clean when they were completely done, it looked like a brand new home. Her team ( Angels), as I like to call them, are so polite, professional, and hard-working, honestly hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Luciana and her dream team. Thank you again, Luciana and her angels!!!

Displeased with the quality of service, fees and business acumen…read more.. For a 2 BR/2bath apartment ~1100 sq feet, rate was $190 For once monthly cleaning. I learned after inquiring about dirty baseboards, floors and corners that they do not move furniture, and only use a swifter to "mop," and vacuum around things. They broke a shelf on my walls requiring drywall repair, left workers jackets behind for several months, and the workers did not speak English so conversing with them to give attention to areas of concern was difficult. Appointment times were often changed and they appear to have significant staff turnover which was concerning to have strangers repeatedly in my home. A loved one also used their services and was very displeased with their cleaning, especially of floors and stairs, to the point that they terminated services. Their toilet paper flowers are adorable, but not enough to salvage this otherwise poor review.
