I just had a sofa cleaned. Greg came to look at it and said he wasn't sure he could get it cleaned. So, he asked if he could take a cushion to his shop to work it. He did that. Then came back again to be sure I was satisfied. Then he came back to do the entire sofa. Which came out PERFECT. Point is, he made 3 trips to my house to be sure I would be a satisfied customer. Greg was able to get us in Thursday afternoon. This was a move-in clean, and some of the carpets were a bit stained and had some mildew. Greg called me back promptly to schedule, and also called me on his way to our home to be sure we were there (we hadn't moved in yet). He was very fair, and gave me the best price (he charges by the square foot or by the hour, giving you the best rate). It took him about 2 hrs to clean three large bedrooms and walk-in closets. After cleaning, he brushed out the carpets. They look amazing and the house smells bright and clean! Greg also followed up several days later to be sure I was happy. I have a new carpet cleaner in town, and I am thrilled. Nu-Mode also cleans area rugs, and will pick them up or clean them in place depending on consultation. I highly recommend Greg and Nu-Mode!

We have had other companies for carpet and upholstery cleaning in the past and I thought they were good, but since hiring Val, we will keep going to him since his work is really quite impeccable and his prices are better than others. Also, he fit us in within a few days before Thanksgiving guests were due to come while other companies told me they couldn't, also their quotes were higher so we are very grateful to Val and will keep going back to Cyclone.

I know I had some tough stains to deal with, but I don't feel they put in the extra effort to try to get them out. I was able to remove some myself with a lot of scrubbing and strong detergent. Plus they completely ignored the corners of the room-the carpet had clearly not been touched. They literally rushed through the job and I think that is why they didn't meet my expectations.
