This company is owned and staffed with some nice young men, but they lack follow up and acceptable…read morebusiness instincts and their product is extremely expensive and under delivers what other sealers can deliver on. Based upon their selling skills and perceived product delivery I made the mistake of using them and now have to hire another company to mitigate the poor result. On July 22nd View Crew did the initial work on my driveway to prep for the sealing project. On that day the View Crew staff walked on and stained my front mahogany deck (there was no need for them to walk on it, but they did anyway) with some kind of cleaning substance that required me to clean the deck that afternoon. I was able to get most of it off, but the remnant issue will require me to hire a paint crew to sand and repaint the entire deck at my expense. During the initial appointment I was told this would be a 48-hour process (cleaning and sealing) and that the crew would be coming back the following day to seal my driveway. That did not happen. In subsequent texts to their company the day I was provided with Saturday the 25th which did not work for me as I had incoming guests for the weekend, so it was pushed to Monday the 27th. When I asked why this was not done the next day, I was told they were extremely busy and had staffing issues. When the sealing was done, I was present and asked to make sure the crew put up some yellow barrier tape to ensure people would not drive or walk on the driveway. They agreed to do so but left the property without doing so................unfortunately I did have a plumber coming and 5 minutes later he drove up onto the driveway and walked on it. After seeing that I had to go myself and place a barrier myself to ensure no further traffic would go on the driveway. When the project was done, I was not happy with the finished product. I called and indicated my dissatisfaction. I had recently had this done on my driveway in Naples Florida and I was ecstatic with the end result. That finished product looked nothing like this (dull with sand not sealed and coming up in many areas) View Crew indicated on August 16th that two of their crew would come on Thursday the 20th to take a look at the end result and suggest a process to fix the existing issues. On the 20th their crew arrived, I met with them and they did agree further mitigation was required because the sand was coming up in some areas and would require another sealing coat. THEY NEVER RETURNED NOR HAVE I RECEIVED ANY FOLLOW UP FROM THIS COMPANY. Based upon the end state I did ask for a partial refund in order to hire another contractor to fix the issue and that was declined by View Crew Based upon my experience and seeing others with a similar result and complaints I would highly advise not allowing View Crew on your property really to do any kind of work.

Dependable window cleaning is neither dependable or a window cleaning service. Jose took my call Thursday, and said he would be onsite Saturday at 10:00 am. He said it would take 3 hours for 30 windows. He arrived at 10:30 am, though did text to notify he would be late. He arrived, and immediately asked to use our bathroom. To clean the windows he used a 5 gallon bucket stored in the guest bath tub, filled with a squirt of dishwashing liquid. After he did a few windows I noticed he was not wiping sills completely, and he was brushing any dirt or detritus from the sills onto the floor, instead of rinsing his rag. Nor did he ever rinse his rag in the bucket of water. I asked if he could completely wipe sills and he said he could not - he only wipes the glass. My partner noticed same when Jose moved to the second floor, and when he asked Jose to completely clean the sill, Jose became argumentative, raised his voice, and stomped down the stairs after retrieving his 5 gallon bucket from the tub, saying he was done. He threw the water in the driveway and left. I am attaching before and after photos. I would not recommend Dependable Window cleaning. Jose was late, his window cleaning work is lack luster, and he has a hair trigger temper.

He did come back to drop off a gallon of high gloss, which should've been 4 gallons for the size of my patio. He told my husband he'd be back after lunch. He told us the day before that he underestimated the job and asked if we could pay him minus a hundred until he finished. He never came back or responded to me. Do not hire this company.
