Over the past year now we have been using Nilva for a full house clean every 2 weeks and its been really excellent. They are on time, wear masks, use their own supplies, do a very thorough job and are done in a couple of hours. No messing around, they just get in and immediately get started. We have already referred them ourselves now to some of our other neighbors. Just great people doing a great job.

Christy's cleaners have been a solid, affordable choice for home cleaning. I have used them for…read moreover 1.5 years. I rely on them for vaccuuming and mopping, surface cleaning, light organization, refreshing the bedsheets and making beds, thorough bathroom cleaning, and a few other tasks in that vein. I have two kids, so the house can get very messy surprisingly quickly! While I prepare the house for the cleaners' arrival (rotating the laundry and dishwasher, and somewhat organizing the kid clutter), they do a great job at making the house feel fully clean. It is a nice reset every two weeks! I recommend Christy's service. It is well priced and they reliably get the job done.

Very friendly and hard working. Highly recommend! Note: I read the couple lower rated reviews. Since they seem to stem from 1st experiences I went back into my emails to review what expectations were set at the beginning. The owners Pricing and Policy email is so detailed and specific it leaves nothing to be misinterpreted.

The owner let herself into my house to check on the girls, said that the first cleaning was cash only (10 mins until they were finished), then left. I left to get them cash, and as I went to look at the job that was done, and I was incredibly disappointed. There was dust and paint chips all over the counters. The overhead hood of the stove was covered in gunk, the toilet bowl scrubber was left in the toilet, the bathtub was filled with sudsy cleaner, and the bath mats were left up. I contacted the owner regarding such, and I was advised that I had a great cleaning, per the UNAUTHORIZED pictures the girls took of a few things that they did scrub. Never. Again. Outrageous cost for disappointment. Here's another reason, as you can see, as PROOF, an argumentative response instead of finding an ideal resolution for all parties involved. Now she even changed the "time" that her employees attempted to clean the home. My HUSBAND and I work from home, and we're working the whole time. Not sure how we could possibly have made anyone uncomfortable while we were very busy working in our office. To even bring up the fact that my husband had to use the restroom is asinine. BLAMING us for her employees shortcomings. NOT ideal or professional as an owner of a business.

I hate it when nice people do a lousy job…read more While the house is certainly cleaner than when they came, this was by no means a "deep" clean that I paid for. As advertised on their website, and not performed: they didn't empty the trash bins they did a spotty job on the baseboards (even after I specifically mentioned this in the estimate visit) they didn't clean all the windows, if any the ceiling fans weren't dusted And the cleaning that they did do wasn't thorough- I found pieces of dust under furniture and on counters, and they didn't wipe down all the furniture. On top of it, they broke our kitchen trash bin spring top, and didn't say anything about it. They were also late, which wouldn't have been a big deal except they kept changing just *how* late they were going to be via text. Will not be repeating, and do not recommend.

I can personally assure you that you will NOT be sorry.
