From Cortney through management, the office team to the installation technicians, Anderson Lock has immense knowledge and experience in the commercial lock, hardware and door business. They care about their employees and customers. The balance of work and home life is important and the leadership team advocates this balance. Leadership listened and led the way through Covid. During this difficult time, the morale and performance of the office and installation technicians remained confident that we were working in the safest environment possible. The company truly lives and breathes the values they believe in. They invest in their employees through training and social events, and this transfers into great customer service. Coming from a family owned company that was bought by a larger corporation and seeing the negative result of that, being part of Anderson Lock has been a great experience and a wonderful place to work.

I shopped around but the most value was ordering it online from an automotive remote site. I interacted with Adam and he was able to show up on the early weekend morning. His text are professional and clear, & he included pictures. Mazda even as far back as 2005 (car was delayed as released as an 2006) used a key card. There is a chip in the card and one in the valet key. Mazda blank metal doesn't have all the slots cut into the blank either. Getting the car to go into reprogram mode didn't work because the console said I need two "keys." However there is a chip in both the medal key and card. So one transmitter set will work, or should have. He drove an hour back and forth to get the other generic key and had to modify it with a Dremel rotary tool so that the key would have tolerance to get through the tabs on the ignition. That didn't work and he is coming back next week to try again with just another chipped key. Didn't charge a trip fee for making a round trip, nor for the generic key that didn't work. I will spread the word within the MazdaSpeed group so they can get help if the elect to get the Mazda key card instead of generic. At least have one original card and one generic real key. At this point I elected to tow it to Mazda DG for them to try with my key. Because if I buy theirs, its considered an "installed electronic part," and they won't accept returns. Too risky for $400. If they can do it I just pay for 1/2 hour of programming. Worst case I have to buy their key, mine is also OEM (not eBay/Amazon). His company slogan should be either 'The Locksmith from Lockport,' or 'The Lockport Locksmith.'

He was able to bring samples that fit my needs and matched the rest of the house. However Mike and Christy were outstanding at making sure that the project was written up and completed correctly. Mike answers his phone at all times when the project is being completed and will always work with you to help make sure the project goes smoothly. Although, all of this work would not have turned out as well without a great installation. Luis was not only the nicest guy; his work was perfect! He was neat and made sure that every detail was taken care of. I love the work Luisdid so much I am calling tomorrow to schedule another room to be completed. I normally do not write reviews- but if you need any flooring this is the place to go to!!! Ipda Just wished to update my last review. Since having three main living area floors completed, I have had Century Tile remodel two of my bathrooms. These were complete remodels- floor, walls, vanity, sink, minor plumbing( toilet and faucets). Words cannot describe how pleasant it is to work with Mike and Christy. Christy always makes sure all materials are ordered and delivered on time prior to the job and can always be trusted to lean you in the correct direction both in terms of style and quality. Mike, their project coordinator, is beyond great. Just as with the first job, he is always a phone call or text away to answer any questions. He also send the best people he has to complete the job, both in terms of skills needed as well as adhering to your timeline. No matter how many jobs he has going, he consistently checks in with his workers and you to make sure items are going smoothly. Added onto this, the workers are not only skilled, but a pleasure to work with. They are professional, have always left the areas they are working on clean - even throughout the job- and communicate with you throughout the entire process. More importantly, they problem solve as needed to make sure the job is completed with exceptional quality! I am currently saving and working with Mike and Christy to have my shower/downstairs bathroom remodeled and cannot wait to have an updated shower and a beautiful downstairs bathroom! Mike, Christy, and all of the workers who have completed projects at my house, truly continue to go above and beyond! Thank you again! Another update: Century tile has worked on every room in my house! They have expertly done all of my floors and three of my bathrooms. Christy is outstanding with helping plan the project out, and as always Mike is the best! He is there to work with you and the unpredictability of construction. My floors are beautiful and I LOVE my bathrooms. Nick and Ron made my shower look like a model home! Often times pictures are worth more than a great review. Thank you again!!!!!

We were happy with the designs, satisfied that the price was fair and appreciated the first class installation on all the projects. After we moved to a condominium recently, Kitchen and Bath Mart was thus our only call for the work we needed done in our new home. They performed a complete remodel of our master bathroom and, most recently, an upgrade of our kitchen. On these two projects Krysti was the main design coordinator. She worked creatively with us to arrive at designs which met our requirements .The installer, Ilie, who had carried out projects in our previous home again did a first class job on both these projects. All the Kitchen and Bath Mart people were a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied with the improved appearance and functionality achieved with these projects. We strongly recommend Kitchen and Bath Mart to anyone who is considering a kitchen or bathroom project.

We were a bit skittish about redoing the rest of the bathrooms, but after meeting George at Kitchen & Bath Mart, we immediately trusted him. George did not disappoint. He (and Joe) thoughtfully designed two beautiful bathrooms, which perfectly matched two showers that they didn't even put in. George was unfailingly prompt, reliable, thorough and professional, every step of the way. George, Joe and Dennis kept us updated, started our project exactly when they said they would, and helped to create two bathrooms that felt like luxury at a very reasonable cost. The construction team, headed by Shaun, was as professional, prompt, courteous, and detail-oriented as George and his team. Shaun and his team were even able to help us with much-needed drywall and paint repairs in our home, which were not part of our original project. We are forever grateful to Kitchen & Bath Mart! We will definitely go back when and if we ever need to redo our kitchen. Highly, highly recommend. Kitchen & Bath Mart is one in a million.
