The customer service is outstanding the delivery when they come to deliver my things and set up is outstanding. I go to see Matt for everything I need for my house whether it's furniture or my appliances he gives great advice if I'm looking for something in town like I'm looking for you know a plumber. I can absolutely trust his recommendations. I just cannot say enough of good things about this store And the customer service and not just from Matt Matt's my favorite that's who I always go see, but everybody in the entire store is extremely helpful and polite. If you see something in there, a couch or chair and you like it, but you don't like the material they can have that made for you in whatever material that you want, they will let you know how long it's gonna take, and the cost. I will never again order an online order at this location. I ordered 20 bags of topsoil to go. I…read moregot a text and email in the morning saying that my order was ready to go. I had pickup set for 2pm and when I got there they told me to drive around to the garden center. My order was not ready.. I wasn't in a rush so no biggie. The guy who got my order was an angry bird. It was about 25 minutes to get my order from start to finish. He wheeled over 10 bags on one cart, not saying a word to me. Im a disabled veteran with back issues and I guess he assumed I was going to load it up myself. When he came over with the 2nd cart he let out a loud sign of anger. He loaded up the first amount and I opened the doors to my back seats so he could load the rest in the backseat for me. He broke my rear dashcam and didn't say a word to me, so sorry no nothing. I forgot to put that part on my survey I got after the fact. He loaded up the back seta huffing and buffing. The kind of huffing and puffing as to say screw you, you should be doing this. People pay for pickup for different reasons. This is his JOB. if he doesn't like his job he should do something else. After he was done, he didn't close any doors, I said thank you and he didn't say a word to me. He wouldn't acknowledge me at any time during the transaction, just stormed off in a huffy. On the survey it asked if you wanted a store manager to contact you and I said yes, but no one ever contacted me.

VIKING CANDLES! I…read morereally enjoyed meeting and talking with Kellie at a recent festival where she was showing her candles. Her candles are hand-poured, made from soy and have wicks that are made from organic cotton or wood. They come in various sizes and can burn from 20 hours to 100 hours depending on size. They actually smell wonderful! ***Several years ago I purchased candles that matched the decor in several rooms in my home. I decided that these candles would be for display only and would not be lit. My family thought this was hilarious and actually razzed me about it endlessly. However, it was the greatest decision I could have made because the specific size I need is no longer being manufactured because they are now either too short or too narrow and will not fit in my holders. The moral of the story is this: If you find candles that are the perfect size and color, you will want to get them and preserve them because once they are gone, they are often no longer manufactured and that's a problem. When I find a scented candle that I really love, I purchase the large jar with a cover so that it can be kept clean and because I like using the top to snuff out the candle. If you actually blow the candle, you get that burnt smoky smell that taints that wonderful candle scent. If you love quality candles, with wonderful scents check out the Viking collection!
