This is my sixth rebate over the years, all different distributers, I've always had to fight to get the rebate after meticulous submission. It may be Grey goose, Kim Crawford, Jim Beam or others... By now, yup, I should have learned my lesson. However, Current issue is KIM CRAWFORD $48.00 REBATE ON A CASE OF Kim Crawford is calling me ineligible for purchasing a case and is refusing to send the rebate. GREY GOOSE, which also hasn't paid their rebate of $21.00 on 3 bottles since August, had to be called multiple times, said "we are reviewing". In the times we live in, these are unacceptable business practices. This local area kept Bottle Buys business afloat during the pandemic. If they're not keeping their word, or holding their distributers and rebate centers accountable, why bother doing business there. I walked in, and was immediately friendly and asked where I could find what I needed. When I went to the register I realized I had forgotten my ID in my bigger wallet. I asked them to hold it on the side for me and told them I would be right back, given that I live right around the corner. 10 minutes later I walked in with my ID and the man behind the counter says, "back with your sisters ID?" in a condescending tone and grinned at his coworkers. I responded sternly and put my legal, legitimate, 21+ enhanced license on the counter. It's a shame that this man decided to make this insensitive and belittling comment. Unfortunately, I will not be back, and I do not recommend their service to any of my other fellow young adults.

There is a ton of wine to choose from here and I was surprised to see there is a wide selection of sake as well. Alcohol is definitely a necessity and on the top of the list, right next to snacks. I have never been inside this liquor store, although it's right by my house. There were actually 2 other customers walking in ahead of me when I went. There were quite a few people inside as well and one of the customers actually said out loud "we all have the same idea!" The store itself is not big but a good size. The shelves were all fully stocked. I came looking specifically for the 1800 Ultimate Watermelon & Jalapeno Margarita. They didn't carry any of the ready-to-drink margaritas, only the standard 1800 Silver and Reposado. I ended up getting other bottles. There was a small line when I went to check out but the man & woman (husband & wife?) behind the counter were EFFICIENT! They make a great duo and the line moved quick. They were both very friendly and a few people on line I guess were regulars b/c they were on a first name basis with them. When I went to the counter the woman gave me a compliment on my fit while the guy processed my transaction. Prices are standard with other liquor stores in the area. They don't charge for bags and they packed the bottles securely with cardboard, which I appreciated. I'll definitely be back, next time when there isn't a long line I'll probably ask if they will consider carrying the 1800 Margaritas!
