DO NOT SHOP HERE! I am extremely discouraged with my experience with M&B Auto. I purchased a vehicle about a month ago and within not even 30 days of ownership found myself in a shop having to spend over $1,000 to fix the vehicle. The vehicle was unable to drive SAFELY over 40mph due to noise and movement from BOTH front wheels. The agent who sold me the car is no longer with the dealership conveniently and it feels they willingly sold me a car they knew wasn't 100%. When I contacted M&B another agent pushed me away and kept telling me I had to fill out their form and someone would contact me. However, I filled out the form, submitted receipts, and followed what I was told where the "protocols." It took almost a week to hear back and the dealership is refusing any type of reimbursement no matter how many times I try to talk with them about this situation. I bought a 2014 jeep July 9, 2025. It broke down 2 weeks later on 66. They told me to tow it to their service center in manassas which cost me out of pocket $327. We Care Service Center. They advised me that it was the . Thermostat and they fixed it. 3 days later I'm sitting on side of the road running hot. No coolant in the reserve. They did not reimburse me. Took it to another shop where I lived it took them over week to get it in air locked. M& B has not helped me at all. My financing company stated they should shoulderd the first payment or reimburse on getting the car fix and towing. I wish I could give 0 stars I had an awful experience with M & B Auto Group and would never recommend them. Within one week of buying my car, I discovered it had a bad catalytic converter, constant overheating issues, and it would not even pass inspection. These are problems that should have been disclosed or repaired before selling the car. On top of that, I also purchased GAP insurance and canceled it within 30 days, which entitled me to a full refund. Instead, the dealership lied to me repeatedly, gave me a fake tracking number, and tried to keep part of my refund by charging a cancellation fee that should not apply. After weeks of excuses, they have now blocked me from calling them altogether. This dealership is dishonest, unprofessional, and takes advantage of customers. I have been calling to speak with General Manger and was told he was not available, it's going on day 3 with bo call back. I spoke with someone at We care auto who put me on hold, then blind transferred me, when I called back they hung up on me. this can't be the way people do business in 2025. Do not buy a car from here! I will copy the review that I left on the BBB website! In Aug/2023, I bought a 2013 Mazda CX9 Touring from Eddie. I test-drove the car, noticed something wrong, and told the salesman who didn't say anything at the time. When we got back, the salesman said it had been sitting for several months so it may just be that, so I bought it. The same day I bought it, I noticed it more and more, so I called and they said to bring it in. Eddie and I took it out, he thought it was the rear differential and set us up with his mechanic and told me to not worry he would pay for whatever was wrong. 4 days later I took it to We Care Auto in Manassas, VA and they said it was the radiator, coolant lines, and possibly the trans. I called M and B right away and had to argue with them all day for the manager to tell me she would only cover half!!! The shop manager felt bad for me and offered to cover the rest of the 1400 bill. The car was there for a couple of weeks. When I was told to come to get it, as I drove home, I noticed it was still messed up, so I took it straight back they told me it was not fixed, but the trans needed replacing and he would have to fight with the warranty company to cover it, and it was safe to drive for right now, Weeks went by and I was told to just bring it back and they would replace the trans. When I picked it up they said they had put 3 different trans in it, but it still wasn't fixed. I waited for a callback and nothing. Since then I learned it didn't have any issues if I drove it manually, but we still have broken coolant lines, the heat went out, and now the engine blew!!!! I begged and pleaded with M and B to fix it, and all they told me was it was sold as is, so they don't have to fix anything even though they had to have known something was wrong with it!! Now, I am paying for a car that is considered totaled because the engine needs to be replaced. The warranty company won't cover it, and the loan provider won't help me either!! The sales team (Eddy) seems friendly when you meet them, but I had an awful experience overall. I was sold a car with non-functioning A/C and was told I would be covered for any issues within 30 days. I took the car to a shop to get the A/C fixed and the bill was $800. I reached out to M&B many times, even going in in-person to speak with Eddy, and asked for the help in covering the cost (I just asked for help, didn't even ask them to cover the full amount). They completely ghosted me, won't respond to calls or emails. Responded after I posted a review but just said I'm out of luck. Seems to be a pretty unethical business. For the few hundred dollars you may save here over other, more reputable dealerships, it is not worth it. Please take your business elsewhere. read more

I purchased a BMW here and it arrived with 2 dashboard indicator lights on including check engine light and taillights not working plus it smelled of smoke. I called and they would not do anything about it. They said sent photos which I did. They kept acting like they were evaluating the situation and just kept making excuses. Be very careful buying a car from M & B Auto Group in Bealton, VA! Small lot dealers like this are selling the cars that big dealers don't want to deal with for a reason. I responded to an online ad for a 2010 370z Roadster. I'm from out of state. I spoke to them several times on the phone regarding car condition. They were very difficult to negotiate price. They would never counteroffer and just kept asking me to submit new offers. So force them to counteroffer. When I finally drove 1.5 hours one way to their location and spent money for an independent mechanic's pre purchase inspection, I finally caught them in multiple lies they were telling me. The car had obviously been in front and rear end accidents and repainted but the Carfax said no accidents. They knew this but didn't care. The car had lots of paint damage, scratches and stains on the convertible top. Yet the sales person said he thought the exterior was in very good condition. The mechanic found a fluid leak and a few other issues. While the dealer did disclose the automatic convertible top motor didn't work, they assured me that I could manually lower the top. Before my visit, I specifically asked them if I would be able to lower the top for my test drive and told them that was very important to me. I asked them if they did that for other customers and they assured me yes. However, when I got there, they told me they would not manually lower the top for me. It also appeared that they had broken the top by trying to lower it before I came, since the top would not latch close in the back. Due to that, the car made an audible alert warning the whole time I test drove it and the trunk would no longer open. They knew all this but didn't bother to tell me before I made the visit to them. After leaving a deposit friday and a group of guys driving 5 hours to pick it up the following monday, we discovered the van's damage was severely misrepresented. I asked specifically if the exterior top had damage. Angelica assured me she didn't see any damage. Needless to say we didn't make the purchase. They failed to deliver my car on two separate occasions and would refuse to let me back out of the sale once I realized they were stringing me along. What a fantastic buying experience! Nick and Danielle were great to work with. Candid, down to earth, honest, and pleasant. I like to haggle. It's something I'm good at. Each argument I tried to make was met with proof the issue I brought up had been fixed - they had the maintenance records from 2004! Almost everything I could think of had already been taken care of, and the one thing I did have (a 90,000 mike service, since the car was at 88,000 miles) they worked with me on! I didn't get to walk off in a huff, have someone go "talk to a manager," or have a manager brought to me (I was working WITH the manager directly), and I still feel I received a good deal from a family-owned & operated business. Nick and Danielle stayed open for me to get in from Youngsville, North Carolina, and stayed until past 7:00 to make sure the deal was done (and done right). They made me feel very comfortable, offered me cupcakes (delicious, homemade cupcakes - won't get that at a big name dealership!), and even had a cigarette break with me while we waited on hold for my bank to approve the deal. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, and can confidently recommend doing business with M & B Auto Group. Those who know me, know I'm particular (eccentric?), and not the easiest customer to please when it comes to my cars. So for this to be a "one and done," is kind of amazing. Had a great experience with Eddy here and drove away very happy with my car. I didn't feel pressured at all, and he was very responsive to all of my questions with very informative answers. Since I drove a bit to get there, I really appreciated that when I called ahead, he was willing to give me a quote for the final sales price with all fees included so I didn't have to waste time driving around. Have a sinking feeling I bought a junk car from this dealership. It was a nice car 2010 Honda Accord with only 53k on it. This place is a huge waste of time! They don't inform you on ANYTHING and make you wait for hours and hours. This is my second day here because they don't know what they're doing! Do NOT come here to trade in your car or purchase!! They don't know anything, especially the lady with the wrap around her head. To be fair, this is not a large dealership with a lot of overhead. I would call this a roadside dealer. For me, they have the car I was looking for. Despite the mediocre or moderate reviews, I took a chance. Knock wood, so far so good. They are friendly group. They advertised no haggle and unfortunately that's what they mean no matter what the condition of the vehicle is. All vehicles are sold as is. That is an important thing to remember. I went to m & b auto and purchase a truck on June 1st 2020. They seemed real friendly at first I drive the truck home and on the 4th after less than 100 miles it broke down. I called them every other day. On the 10th they sent me an address for their shop. They told me they were going to diagnose the issue for free. I requested a number to speak with the shop witch was not given to me till the 15th. I than had the truck towed to the shop at my cost. On the 18th the dealers shop told me I hooked the battery up backwards. Even though the car shut off while driving I explain to him that that was not the case. He refused to listen. Told me it would be $80 an hour minimum of four hours for them to diagnose the exact issue. I declined and told them the dealer told me it was free. They told me I had 24 hours to pick up my vehicle and then the dealership told me basically it's as is. I called the Ford dealership they stay to be $90 to diagnose the issue. Turns out a water leak from a properly installed windshield allowed water to drip on the central junction box shorting out the system. But while at the Ford dealership I was notified of a fraudulent inspection something had tampered with the safety restraint system and remove the lightbulb from the dash to hide it. After notifying the dealership that I purchased it from of this they blocked me and refused to pay for any of the cost to repair. I was never rude and even provided them with the paperwork. While in their lot I saw many vehicles by any standard would not pass inspection. this dealer comes off nice but is extremely shady. Would not recommend to anyone. not only was the truck overpriced it is now worthless and I only got to drive it 100 miles. Total cost of repairs pushing $4000 No accountability in the shop zero help. I have notified the state police who will stakeout the dealership for the vehicles leaving the lot for inspection violations. read more

They listed a car for sale on the web and we thought the price was great, so we found a day we'd have time to drive an HOUR + out, and they let us know the car wasn't, "ready" ? The next day we called seeing if it was ready, a man told us it would be ready that day and we could drive out so we planned our day around going to look at the car. Hours later we get a call that it WASN'T ready. A week goes by and everyday they tell us it'll be ready, we call to see if its ready and its not. Eventually we're told it'll be ready by Wednesday, so we drive an hour to finally go see this car and we get there for them to tell us, 'THEY MEANT THURSDAY!" Um what? No. Wasted our day and a week of our time, These people are incompetent and will screw you over and lie to you. read more

I purchased a 2006 Hummer from M and B auto in September 2018. During the test drive, I heard what sounded like air coming through the door. I spoke with the manager at the time, Nick Motii, (hopefully he isn't there currently because he's a very deceptive individual and I reported his actions to the Office of the Attorney General "Re: 935332 Nicholas Brown VS M and B Auto Group," but I don't know whatever became of it) and he assured me that there was not an issue. I told him, because I hear air coming through the doors, that most likely water can seep through the doors, too. Then I asked him for his reassurance, I said, "If water leaks can I bring the car back?" Mr. Nick Motii replied, "Yes, you have my word." The very next day I took the vehicle through a car wash (see the link here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iYpxCg0ZASwkvjERXnwqQhkN2mNnDZFo/view?usp=sharing) and water came rushing through the door as expected!! I called back the next morning, and Mr. Nick Motii avoided my phone calls. When I spoke to him 6 hours later (I tried calling from 10am to 4pm), he told me I could not bring the car back, told me never to come back onto his property and, if I did, he would impound the vehicle, then hung up the phone on me. Yes, I called the police on him but they could not help. They advised me to stay off the property because I was forewarned as it could be viewed as trespassing. Instead, I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint (https://www.bbb.org/us/va/bealeton/profile/used-car-dealers/m-and-b-auto-group-0603-63411280/complaints#81078018) and Mr. Nick Motii lied to the BBB about how accomodating he said he would be (read his response on the BBB website. Additionally, they are not BBB certified, so BBB can't help you anyways). I filed a complaint with the Virginia Attorney General office and Mr. Nick Motii lied to the Attorney General, too!! Takes some moxie and bravado to lie to these agencies to cover your tracks, sir! Anyway, there is nothing that could be done. I never set foot onto M and B's facility, I was never issued any refund, I was not helped out, and I paid to get the water leak repaired myself, which, at the moment, is still not successfully repaired as shops cannot figure out the leaking issue. This is what anyone should expect, though! I'm not mad at Mr. Nick Motii for offering false assurances--I'm mad at myself for being too price conscientious and buying a cheap car from an unreputable salesperson, Mr. Nick Motii. (Notice, M and B auto group is a great company, but we don't do business with companies; we do business with people. Mr. Nick Motii is the person you want to stay away from. If you buy directly from the Owner of M and B, he will take care of you!! Sorry, M and B owner, that you had to get caught up between this issue between Mr. Nick Motii and me.) Hope the review helps you out! They sell inexpensive vehicles, anyways. The dollar usually wins out! Just remember, you may have some hits and you may have some misses . . . hopefully, you get the "hits" from M and B and not any of their "misses." I think they changed the listing because they knew I was coming. That of course is conjecture and I can't prove it. Purchased a used pickup in a rush and paid a big price for trusting these people. The salesman told me that the dealership had the engine repaired. It turns out that the engine was bad and had not been repaired, at least not correctly. They knowingly sold a vehicle with an unrepairable engine to a retail customer. Their defense was that they stated in writing that the timing chain was replaced not that the engine had been repaired. After bringing the vehicle to 2 different shops that verified that it was unrepairable I called the dealer. The manager (he called the owner! yeah right) refused to repair it, refund any money or take the vehicle back. He claimed that the shop that performed the work provided no guaranties and that they would not fix anything they had done wrong. He was very rude and told me that if he bought a vehicle with a bad engine, he wouldn't be bothering the dealer over his own mistake! First of all, no matter how nice your potential car looks, no matter how nice the front office personnel may seem, when your new-to-you car finally breaks down and you realize that M and B Auto Group have bamboozled you out of thousands of dollars, it will be too late. Every car there is sold "As Is." And what that means to you, in the state of Virginia, is that you basically have ZERO options to defend yourself or reclaim your money. The second that car is off the lot you are at fault for everything that has ever happened to it. Oh sure, they'll offer you some sketchy warranty from a company called, "Diamond Insurance," but hopefully you know better than to fall for that, right? Second of all, when you call them to get your money back -- and you inevitably will after you end up having to take your new-to-you car to a real car dealership to find out why it broke down on you within THREE DAYS of your purchase -- the people at M and B Auto Group will act like complete and total a$$holes. I spoke with Nick, and instead of helping me like a decent individual would do, he DEMANDED THAT I APOLOGIZE TO HIM. As if I was the one being unreasonable after I had been stranded with a broken down car, unable to get to work, and was out 8000 dollars without any sign of reimbursement. I'm serious. This guy actually demanded that I apologize to him, like I was some seven year old who had done something wrong. I wish I could make that up. And trust me, I've worked in customer service for YEARS. I've dealt with unhappy customers. This guy did everything they tell you not to do. He blamed me (as if I would intentionally go out and harm the car I just bought! Why would I ever do that? I JUST BOUGHT IT.) He was irate with me. He was defensive. And then he basically hung up on me. So, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will lose your money. You will be pissed. And worse yet, you won't have a working car to drive to work. Some things are too good to be true -- and their prices are. Don't do it. Go to CarMax. Go to anywhere else, really. I would rate this place with negative stars if I could. Instead, I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau. read more
