Recently, we had another contractor install a vent on the roof, and they completely messed it up. After almost two months of trying to get them back to fix the leak, I finally called Thiago to assess the situation. He showed up the very next day and fixed the leak on the spot. These days, it's hard to find a contractor who is reliable, sticks to his word, and stands behind his work. That's exactly what you get when you hire these guys. You'll be very happy you did.

Ok, So after hoping our newer home could withstand the brutality of this years winter weather, I…read morewas forced to have to deal with the water coming into my home and the massive ice dams that were responsible. After calling multiple roofing companies all around, Hans Peterson and his Wayland based Peterson Remodeling and Roofing company agreed to come out, on a Sunday for what was quickly escalating into an emergency situation here. He had initially explained that every company, including his own, was completely out straight for almost two weeks at that point, BUT, he'd be there. When he and his 4 man crew arrived, he explained to me every aspect of what they were to do, allaying my concerns regarding some horror stories some had mentioned to me involving some other, less skilled and experienced ice dam removal jobs. Not only did they get the job done relatively quickly, I was pretty impressed at the efficiency of this crew going from one section to the next, clearing the massive chunks of ice, all while carefully protecting the surrounding gardens my wife and I worked so hard over the years to plant and maintain! They covered and protected the external heat pump and even cleared all the gas and water line areas! Unexpected and highly appreciated. When all was said and done, I fully expected the price to be astronomical for the amount of folks involved, and the time they needed for our weird shaped, multi leveled roof etc, but was pleasantly suprised, once again, by the number. After, while cutting the check, he took the time to point out all the water damage issues that could go unseen, and made sure to stress the importance of the removal and replacement of insulation spots and electrical assessment. Needless to say, at this point, we knew we had found "our guy" to handle getting our house back into order. I cannot recommend Hans Peterson, and his Peterson Remodeling and Roofing company highly enough! Dormer work, roofing....tiling...decks. This guy and his crew are top shelf and do it all! Thank you guys... -Cliff

Hans is very personable, his team was professional and he was respectful of our property and our home. He's also a pleasure to work with. I am a hard customer to please and rarely write reviews, but this company is truly worthy of praise. I gave them a 5-star rating. I highly recommend that you get an estimate from them before signing a contract with an inferior company that won't provide the same level of customer service this family run business provides. They pay attention to detail and do all the upfront work needed for a successful transaction. They go over all the components of the job, so everyone is on the same page before the job begins. When something goes wrong, they also go the extra mile to make things right. For instance, when one of their sub-contractors inadvertently left my AC unit on due to a simple wiring issue, Kevin came out after midnight to turn the device off so my family could sleep soundly - just as you will sleep too when you hire Peguero Construction for your next project.

In the process of doing a kitchen addition and first-floor remodeling to my house, before I started…read moreworking with Alicia and Richard Nardo (the owners of ABRN Development Corporation), I'd been burned by several contractors. With these other contractors, it always seemed like there was something: Unexpected cost overruns, delays in construction, some "subcontractor" who wasn't doing their job. Our dream kitchen and remodeling became a nightmare until I heard from a friend about the great experience they had with Alicia and Richard and ABRN Development Corporation. First of all, Alicia and Richard met with me and my wife personally. They listened sympathetically to our tale of woe (clearly one they'd heard many times before) and took us step-by-step through our plans for our new kitchen and remodeling. They asked a lot of questions. At the end of our introductory meeting I really felt like they understood not just the frustrations we'd already endured, but also shared our vision for our plans. Within a week, Alicia produced a detailed cost estimate that addressed every item I'd outlined in our initial meeting--and many I hadn't. She produced a equally comprehensive timeline and schedule of work, to which she, Richard, and all of their subcontractors scrupulously adhered. I especially liked how Richard kept the construction area clean throughout the remodeling, decreasing significantly the general inconvenience of having our house under construction. My wife was so happy that Alicia went with her to the various stores to help pick out "just the right" tile, countertops, and paint. With Alicia and Richard in charge, everything got done on time, on budget, and to specifications. No more problems, no more arguments with developers, no more nickel-and-diming. Now that the remodeling is done and we're cooking in our dream kitchen, we look back fondly and gratefully on our experience with Alicia, Richard, and ABRN Development Corporation. I HIGHLY recommend them.
