He did some general care but never told me I needed to see a specialist so I took matters into my own hands. Dr. Endy was very surprised that I had waited so long. I was very upset and she talked me down. She explained what was going on and told me I did the right thing by coming to see her. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Surgery was explained, she worked with my insurance and scheduled me right away. it's now two weeks past surgery and it's all good Believe me, I was not the best patient. I kept asking questions and changing my mind. She told me everything she was doing during the surgery - no pain. Called me to follow-up, Scheduled two post-op visits. The pain was minimal - just one day of soreness. Sure I was uncomfortable a few days, but that was mostly so my husband would wait on me. In conclusion, I would highly recommend her. Her office staff, Rebekah was so helpful. if she did general dentistry I would switch to her in a minute. I have to have more surgery but it's all good cause she's the best.

When I inquired about coming in for the service I was notified they were booked solid for the remainder of the month. FYI... teeth whitening is done on Mondays only. IThe…read moreperson who answered phone keep replying to my question about cost for evaluation and xrays that the appointment would be for xrays, evaluation and root canal. I repeatedly told her I dont know if I need root canal or not and I just wanted to come in for the evaluation and xray. It was like (pardon the pun but appropriate) to get her to give me information just about appointment for evaluatiion and xrays. My impression was this practice form the get go was set to get a prospective patient to agree to root canal before the appointment She did finally say well you coukd come in for just the evaluation and xrays butusually we do a root canal. I I had also asked for cost of an implant After checking with other practices I found this one was almost double most of the other practices I contacted. I did not make an appt with them and based on this interaction and the cost I would not recommend this practice. As far as are they good or not, this I don;t know but no dental practice, in my opinion should be saying what treatment they intended to do before they have even seen a patient
