I don't trust my teeth to anyone else. He's not a pushy dentist and doesn't try to sell unnecessary products or services on you. For years, he didn't even make me get x-rays, although he encouraged it. When I finally did, we discovered a cavity, which he filled last week. He numbed me up real good and I felt nothing. As I drove home, I felt a sharp spot over the filling, so I turned around. He immediately took me back in and smoothed it over. I really appreciate how he wanted to make it right for me. The dental hygienists and support staff are also very friendly and kind. The office has a cheerful atmosphere where everyone seems to get along which is important for making patients feel comfortable. I cannot recommend Dr. Terry Marcincin highly enough.

I broke a tooth and knew I had no choice but to bite the bullet and get it fixed! I asked a friend where I should go and this is where she led me. I had a panic attack before going and did not sleep the night before. I found Serenity by google as I needed to find a new provider since moving from NJ. I chose this provider because they were flexible, the additional services provided a luxe experience and the customer service representatives were friendly and helpful. I completed my files ahead of time electronically which was great and made check in easy. The day of my appointment, I was greeted by a woman with an amazing smile and top notch personality. Immediately I felt like I needed to be here. They are currently undergoing renovations as this is the secondary location, however the front end of the office looks superb. When brought to the back rooms for dental work is where the atmosphere is dated and not the same as the newly renovated office or the STROUDSBURG location. My cleaning with Clara? and exam with Dr. Taormina was amazingly thorough, however my experience lacked what I was essentially looking for and could have received at the other location. This is the only reason why I gave 4 stars and look forward to my 6 month exam when everything will be completed and brand new! Shannon the doctor's help was extremely kind and willing to take us in as a new patient and work around my schedule. I felt extremely comfortable with the Dr. Hyduk. We went to another dentist who was amazed at the poor procedure and didn't even know what material was used. The X-Rays show the cheap amalgam fillings but the look of it shows Resin. It seems they used a cheap filler, drilled too far, then topped it with Resin to cover the fact they used ancient, cheap practices. I'm furious. They deserve to be fined or investigated. I now have almost $3000 in dental costs for 3 teeth due to their malpractice. I wish I had someone to call but upon investigation, I can't find a regulatory committee to report them too.
