This is by far the worst dental clinic I have encountered in decades of dental visits. The front…read moredesk service was shockingly poor and unprofessional. The clinic requires patients to pay the full estimated bill before receiving treatment, but their charges are often higher than what the insurance company later determines the patient actually owes. When I asked to pay based on the insurance company's determination, the billing manager refused. Worse yet, a front desk staff member violently snatched the insurance statement from my hand and began shouting profanities. When I requested my treatment records, I was threatened that they would not be released unless I paid the full clinic bill, regardless of the insurance settlement. I have never experienced such unprofessional and aggressive service from a healthcare provider. In addition, the hygienist's work was perfunctory, her attitude was rude. Each cleaning takes much less time (5-10 minutes) of other dental clinics' hygienists. There was no communication at all during the whole cleaning process. I strongly caution others against trusting this clinic.
