Bruce Wilderman and his team of cosmetic dentists gave me the most beautiful smile I could have ever asked for. As soon as my adult teeth came in my pediatric dentist knew there was something different. I suffered from one of the worst cases of fluorosis (a chronic condition caused by excessive intake of fluorine compounds, marked by mottling of the teeth) she, and numerous other dentists had seen. I was told when I was very young that veneers were going to be the only way to fix my speckled teeth. As I grew older, I became more and more self conscious of the way my teeth looked, how they were different. The dark spots were extremely dark, which made the white spots appear even more out of place. I went to Dr. Wilderman for a mere consultation in December, but quickly realized he was going to be the cosmetic dentist for me. He recommended 10 veneers for my top teeth, and bleach whitening for my bottom teeth. This he said would complete my "smile makeover." Four months later, and after a few ups and downs, my smile looks FANTASTIC. No longer do I have spots on my teeth, but a uniform white smile. As a veteran of piecemeal dentistry with fillings, root canals, and crowns I went to see Dr. Wilderman who took my entire mouth into consideration when coming up with a treatment plan. No dentist had ever done this before or diagnosed the issues involved that needed to be corrected. As a result of a lifetime of acid damage which exposed dentin and gave me sensitivity issues and teeth grinding my teeth had become very worn and it became clear that they would not last without proper intervention to correct these issues. I had a total mouth restoration done over a period of 3 years that not only corrected my bite but gave my teeth structural integrity and optimum functionality not just good looks. Every tooth had to have either a crown or veneer applied. It sounds like a monumental task but it couldn't have been easier and more pain free. Dr. Wilderman did a wonderful job on veneers and a partial denture. It was to replace one that was very old. He was patient and did research to come up with an overall treatment plan that could be done that was both minimally invasive and cost effective that would give me a great smile.
