I had a cleaning done by excellent hygienist. She was apologetic for having to work so hard on my teeth but honestly no one had done such a thorough job before. Came back to get trays custom fit and overall had excellent experience. Billing just as I expected. Will definitely return here again.

For example, my twins started seeing him at a very young age, one twin had a terrible gag reflex and needed some work. Because of his special needs, he was referred to a Pediadontist, while the other twin was able to have all of her needs met with Dr Weinberger at that time. I have had other extensive medical needs, Dr Weinberger was always compassionate and coordinated my dental needs with the other things going on medically to the best extent possible. I have full trust in any of his recommendations. He is very gentle and compassionate. I still don't like needing to go to any dentist, but if I must go, Dr Weinberger is the only one for me! While in the middle of getting it evaluated, his receptionist came in to tell me that it was not covered by insurance, so I would have to pay out of pocket if we continued. I opted to go to a dentist that took my insurance. They still billed me for the evaluation, despite not running my insurance first. Its deceitful to start the costly evaluations before getting the insurance approved, and then to charge the patient despite the office not doing their due diligence beforehand. I would recommend people stay clear of Dr. Weinberger's office

Lori was my dental hygienist, and she explained everything in a way that was informative, but didn't make me feel like she was trying to sell me on anything. She approached it in a way I that was friendly and caring, so that I could possibly consider a few things for future, such as a mouthguard or Invisalign for my bottom teeth. She gave me the "comforting mom" experience, which was very sweet, because I'm a grown woman who is a big baby at the dentist (specifically needles in my gums for cavities!) Then came Dr. Nguyen. He couldn't have been more adorable if he tried. He was very friendly and genuine, which is a testament to his practice because EVERYONE in that whole building was friendly. I am recommending this place to my husband (we are new to the area) and anyone else looking for a dentist around here.

The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice, but if you are calling because you are already in…read moretooth pain, this is not the place I would recommend going. I was told that before they could even schedule me for a root canal, I first had to become an established patient and come in for a cleaning, X-rays, and a full exam. After that, I would still have to wait for their root canal specialist, who is only in the office a few days each month. That essentially means living in pain for weeks before actually getting the treatment you called them for. I understand the importance of exams, X-rays, and routine dental care, but when someone is calling because they are actively in pain, I would expect the immediate problem to be addressed first. The last thing someone with a painful tooth wants is to sit through a routine cleaning, X-rays and annual exam, only to be sent home afterward to continue waiting in pain. Had they been willing to address the painful tooth first, I would have gladly become a regular patient and continued my routine dental care there. Instead, the process made me lose confidence in the practice. I am now being treated elsewhere, where they understood that I was in pain and got me an appointment right away instead of making me go through routine care before addressing the reason I was seeking help in the first place.
