Between the last visit and this visit, I was a bit confused about future dental work I will need. It had been explained, but I just couldn't remember. The hygienist, using both x-rays and illustrations, explained everything in detail without making me feel inept. The dental cleaning I had yesterday [as in past visits] was thorough with no discomfort whatsoever. Dr. Roeder was equally thorough and personable with the exam. I'm one who asks lots of questions and wants to know everything. Every question, and more, was answered and expounded upon. Their focus on me made me feel like I was the only patient they had for the day. At no point did I feel rushed as if I was on an assembly line. You might think this kind of care would be pricey. It's not! I've had "assembly line dentistry" at renown dental practices that cost more. I also appreciate that I get a questionnaire after every visit and I can answer anonymously if I want to. In addition, their survey has links to other review sites such as Yelp. That's pretty awesome transparency. This dental practice definitely wants to know the patient experience. When I had a cavity filled, I got a call the next day asking how I was doing. I've never had a dentist do that. The waiting area as well as the exam rooms are modern, well illuminated and impeccably clean. Everything is geared at comfort for the patient, from the free refreshment area in the waiting room to the TV which offers movies you can watch during your dental procedures. If you're the nervous sort about dentistry, there are various levels of sedation you can choose. Everything is about comfort and expert care and their equipment is state-of-the-art. By the way, if you want to spend some time reading or watching TV in the spacious and awesome waiting area, you'd better arrive early for your appointment, because the wait time is no more than five minutes of your scheduled appointment. Dr. Roeder has been in practice for nearly 30 years. Not only does he attend seminars to learn cutting edge treatments, he can do everything from orthodontics to implants to gum revisions. I'm the kind of one-stop shopper, so I appreciate having a dentist who can do it all.

After trusting their advice..spent $16000.for implants..5 years later they have all fallen out. GET…read moreSECOND OPINION BEFORE GETTING THIS DONE!

Horrible experience! My son had his wisdom teeth out here this morning...he was not properly…read moresedated and was awake and felt the entire procedure. Then when he was finished, they shooed us out the door without any post-op instructions, gauze or anything other than to pick up 3 prescriptions they sent to the pharmacy. Called the office to question why my son was awake and feeling the procedure and was told that they would have the doctor call me back. Picked up the prescriptions that had instructions on how many to take each day. Called office to ask questions about the medications and how soon he should take them after the procedure, office was unfamiliar with what prescriptions were given and even after being told they were, they were still very confused, and said they weren't familiar with the medication prescribed. Spoke with Dr. Jodi Wolf who gave me some BS excuse about how there can be fluctuations in the anesthesia that would cause him to be able to be conscious for the procedure and feel pain. I am not buying it, somebody didn't do their job correctly, and now my kid is traumatized. But hey, all they care about is how many people they can do each day so let's only give them a twilight so there is no anesthesia recovery time and we can push them out the door quickly and onto the next person. Doctor indicated all 3 medications could be taken at the same time. Tells me to change out the gauze they gave me (that they never gave us) and tells me that we should have received post-op instructions before we left (we weren't given them), says she will have them emailed to us. Two hours later still no post-op instructions, call office again to inquire about instructions, and am told they should have been sent, I ask about what address they have, and of course they got it wrong...and it isn't terribly complicated. Says they will send them again. Thirty mins later, still no instructions! Email the office requesting post-op instructions for a 3rd time figuring they can't possibly screw up if they reply to my email...finally receive the instructions 5 hours after the procedure. Completely incompetent, totally unprofessional I would avoid this office and Dr. Jodi Wolf like the plague. There is no excuse for the negligence, it's totally unacceptable and it something that will stay with my son for a very long time to come. Horrible horrible stressful experience - do not go here!
