Around 4/5/2014, I arrived at my condo in Thousand Oaks for a final walk through as my tenants were moving out. Upon seeing the condo, I had to walk out and take a long walk. I was abhorred at how much damage and mess was produced in 6 months. I remodeled this condo from floor to ceiling only in 2010, so this was a tough sight for me. Living and working full time in San Diego, I knew I would not have time to tackle the project. I found Lynne's cleaning service on Yelp. Her advertisement mentioned she handles "move outs". I contacted her, explained the situation, and expected a decline. However, she was willing to take on the job! To put things into perspective, I was convinced this condo would be a permanently tainted rental that would no longer be suitable for me to ever occupy again. However, I was absolutely amazed at what Lynne and her crew were able to accomplish. To be honest, I thought I was going to have to replace all of the appliances. Thank you Lynne! read more

Very upsetting! How do you clean a three bed three bath home in an hour? You don't. They come in, wipe things down and leave. I left them alone on their second visit, I just asked that they lock the door when they leave. When I got home an hour later they were gone. The door was unlocked and the check I left was gone and my house wasn't clean, the bed wasn't even made. When I texted Lynn and said it was disturbing that she took the check and didn't clean my house she said "Soooo sorry, I had a really bad day." No offer to clean or give my money back. read more

I just had Lynne clean our condo -- we're having guests for the holidays. She (and two helpers) did a phenomenal job. Head to toe -- we can just feel the difference here. Hard working, professional, showed up early, great communication, reasonable price. What else do you want to know? :) Will use her again. read more

I was very disappointed. Lynne charged $90 for one bedroom, one bath and less than an hour and a half of work. My daughter said they were friendly, but very inefficient. Three people came, but one talked on her phone the whole time. Things were still dusty, parts of the floor weren't cleaned. I called to complain and she said, "it's cleaner than it was." No offer to make it right. I'm a single mom and $90 is a luxury for me - the house should have been spotless. Had I been home, I wouldn't have paid until they finished the job. Terrible experience. read more

I am so grateful for meeting Lynne at a local networking event. She has been cleaning for me ever since, and it is a pleasure to have a house that looks and smells clean when she is finished. I have had other cleaning services in the past, and none came close to being consistently good at what they should be doing. Lynne maintains quality every time she comes to the house to clean for me. read more

I used Lynne's Cleaning Service back in June 2012. I was moving out of my apartment last minute, so I could take a job transfer to AZ. So I needed her and crew's help to get my place clean quick so I could leave. They did an excellent job, and the place looked as it did when I moved in. Highly recommended. Staff is extremely friendly and they speak ENGLISH! Which is pretty important to be able to communicate. read more

Lynne and her team have been cleaning my house for several years now and I wouldn't know what to do without them! Lynne is very accommodating with scheduling, and her team is very thorough. My house absolutely sparkles after they've been here, it smells fresh and clean, and it is so wonderful to come home at the end of the day to a clean house. Lynne's pricing is very reasonable and worth every penny. One last important point - I trust Lynne and her team 100% to be in my home. It wouldn't work for me otherwise. Well, that, and they don't mind my little dog Zoe "helping" with the work supervision. LOL Bottom line - it you want honest, reliable, thorough, affordable, and friendly folks helping keep your home in tip-top shape, you won't go wrong hiring Lynne's Cleaning Service! Thanks Lynne, for all that you do! read more

I had Lynne and her helper come and clean my home in Simi. She was very professional. Lynne and her helper did a fantastic job cleaning my house! I will be having her clean my home on a bi weekly basis. I have had another cleaning company come and they didnt do nearly as much cleaning. Lynne cleans the outside of kitchen cabinets and even baseboards! My other cleaners did not even touch this. Very pleased with Lynne's Cleaning Services. You will be too. read more

This is absolutely the best cleaning service that I have ever used. And I have used a few different cleaning services over my lifetime Lynne is trustworthy and comes once every two weeks and when I get home the house is spotless I absolutely love the work that she does. Everything is so shiny and she cleans the way that a cleaning service should wiping down everything! I highly recommend Lynne's cleaning service to anyone who asks. read more

I found her cleaning to be mediocre at best. She uses organic cleaners and they don't work. The house never looked or smelled clean. They miss ALOT of items such as empty the trash, vacuum a room, dusting. If you have wood floors don't expect for them to clean the corners. You will come home and find dust bunnies. I would come home and have to clean all the areas they missed. Her service was the worst I have ever experienced! They do speak english which is helpful but they do a horrible job cleaning. Don't waste your money on this below average cleaning service. Lynne cleaned my house for a few months. She says she checks with you before she leaves but that was only the case the first time. After that I would text her to let her know if stuff was missed. She never offered to come back and do the missed things. Her staff spent so much time chatting with each other I can see how they would lose track of what was still needed to be done. I don't know how she can "refuse my review". Isn't this what Yelp is for? read more

Lynne did an amazing job cleaning my house that had been vacant for a few years. She and her team did an outstanding job and I will be calling her again. She was very accommodating with my work schedule. I highly recommend Lynne's company. read more

I broke my arm this year and needed to hire a good, competent cleaning service to help me with my house. I have lots of plants, art work and knick-knacks in all the rooms. I was very lucky because a friend recommended Lynne's Cleaning service to me. I have been thrilled with their excellent, businesslike service. I can vouch that they are reliable and very efficient. My home is so clean it sparkles. I also like that Lynne is a good communicator, she lets you know when she arrives and is done. Highly endorse Lynne and her team. read more

I just called to get a quote for bi-weekly cleaning service. The person who answered the phone (I can only assume it was Lynne. She never actually gave me her name.) told me, "Yeah, I already gave you a quote." I told her that, "No, I only started looking for a cleaning service about an hour ago, and this was the first time I had talked to anyone." She then hung up on me... Thanks for the awesome service! Guess she's not interested in new customers. read more

I hired Lynne's Cleaning Service for a large ranch in Malibu with multiple buildings. Lynne and her staff were professional and courteous. They showed an attention to detail that made the difference between a good clean and a great one. They were efficient with their time and materials, and were considerate to the ranch's owners. I invited them back several times, and the quality of work was always top notch. read more

I had Lynne out a while back to clean my town-home before my parents visited. I chose them because of the reviews and in particular of the review from the lady who said she's picky, because I am too. (so non-picky people can take this review with a grain of salt.) They did a good job overall, however, there were three things that really bothered me about their service and maybe they can fix these. And these are the reasons, I'm not having them back. #1 - after they left, my house didn't smell clean, it smelled dirty, as if they used dirty rags that they used to clean someone else's home, on my home. #2 - I asked them to use our vacuum, which is a Dyson and really good at picking up cat hair, which we have. They didn't want to use it because they said it was too heavy to bring up the stairs. I have rheumatoid arthritis and can carry that up the stairs by myself. If your job is cleaning, I think you should be in shape enough to carry a vacuum cleaner around. In addition, there were 3 of them there, they could have had 2 people carry the vacuum if it was that difficult for one. #3 They had 3 women working on my master bath, all at once and they were in there for a half hour talking it up the entire time. It just seemed a little in-appropriate that they should be chatting so much while they worked. I think I paid her by the job and not by the hour (and it was a fair price), but I felt that maybe they would miss things in the bathroom because they were talking so much and not paying attention to their work. And I was wondering why 3 people needed to all clean the master bath, which wasn't that big or complicated. read more

The best cleaning service & They do a great job every single time. I am super, super picky mom with 3 kids and two large dogs . I had been through about 3 cleaning companies in the previous few months before I was referred to Lynne . Lynne was attentive and paid special attention to the things that I had complained about from the previous cleaners. Her and her helper Jesse were spot on , I could not have asked for a better experience. They did not even bat an eyelash at the two dogs and the 6 year old following them around. The gentleman was very patient with my daughter who wanted to "help" him clean. Thank you Lynne and Jesse ,I can finally breathe knowing the house will be spotless when I get home. I have signed up with them for bi weekly service and will be referring them to everyone I can. Also ,they both speak english ! No offence but it is nice to be able to communicate and be understood. read more

I've had Lynne's cleaning Service clean my loft on and off for the past 2 years, whenever it needs it. She/they always do a great job, bring all their own cleaning materials and work fast. The place looks great when they are done. They get 100% from me. read more

My cleaning gals moved to Las Vegas two years ago after helping me and my family keep a clean home for 6+ years and I have been trying to find a connection with someone that will do a good job for me and my family with special cleaning needs. I have utilized Lynn's cleaning service approximately 10x and Lynne and crew's services have been great. She is very thorough and I think their specialty are floors. My floors look great every time she leaves. We have a major medical condition in our home where dust must be kept to a minimal and cleaning supplies used must be "green" or "organic" and I always ask her and crew to prop open windows before they leave. I think they've done an excellent job and I will keep using their services. Thank you Lynne and crew! read more

Very disappointed in this service. There were 3 people and they all worked on one room at a time, together, and barely got anything done. Within an hour they left - with my living room unvacuumed, my 2nd bedroom untouched, my bathroom counters dusty, my rugs uncleaned, my trash not taken out, they only dusted if things didn't need to be moved,etc...very disappointing and a waste of my money. read more

I would like to sing the praises of Lynne's Cleaning service. First for their, professionalism, is exceptional. The attention to detail in what they do and how they leave my house, outstanding! In all my dealings with this service, I would highly recommend to all my friends, if you use her service, not only will you enjoy her staff, but, you will receive quality service. Thank you Lynne, I felt I wanted people to know, this is a house cleaning service, well worth what you pay. I am a satisfied customer. read more

My home and my sisters home are both cleaned weekly by Lynne's Cleaning. We LOVE coming home to our sparkling homes! My sisters apartment has been transformed and my home looks great! Lynn's crew work quickly yet thoroughly; they are careful and honest. They use fresh cleaning cloths from room to room, which is super important to me (I've watched more than a few times- they really do 'retire' cleaning cloths after short use) It doesn't matter if I'm at home or away, I trust them completely- Lynn and her helpers put in the same awesome effort every single time, three years and counting! I've used other cleaning companies in the past, some bad, some ok- Lynn's Cleaning is it for my family for as long as she'll have us! read more
