Short story: They never showed up for my reserved ride and cost me significantly more money! I reserved a ride with this company because Uber and Lyft aren't always available in the very early hours in my area and I didn't want to bother a friend so early (4:00 AM for a 5:15 AM flight out of Abilene Airport). I called and made a reservation which was easy except I should of trusted my gut because they only asked me my address my destination and pick up time. No confirmation email (because they didn't have it) or text. They never showed and I couldn't get anyone on the phone at 4:20 AM when no one had arrived to confirm whether someone was still coming. I ended up having to drive myself and pay for airport parking. So a $25 plus tip (which I would of tipped another $20 for such an early trip) ride turned into a $135 airport parking bill. They texted me at 6:28 AM after I was already in Dallas into see if I still needed a ride. But hey they are sorry so that fixes it right . read more

Probably the worst transport service that you can use. This is my third or forth time that I've had to use this service (not my choice, they're an alternate to when our contracted van service has no drivers). My most current trip from Sweetwater to Pecos is in an old crappy Mazda CX-5 with no leg room and possibly a mobile bill board that's lashed to the roof rack; there's so much road noise that you can't hear yourself think. This driver is horrible and stinks of smoke, much like the car. In addition to the speeding, she's failed to stop at two stop signs, fidgets with the phone, and takes her eyes off the road to get in her purse, see who's calling, etc. when she does pay attention to the road, she's all over the place. I don't think we've driven in a straight line for more than four car lengths. As I stated before, this is my third or fourth time having to use Lynkup Transportation and every time it's one thing or another. There are safer and more reliable ways to get places than this bottom of the barrel company. Plenty of bad reviews and experiences. read more

I'd certainly like to know why Lynkup has their hours listed as 24 hours a day when I tried to call at 0112hrs and couldn't get anyone then again tried to call and still couldn't get anyone at 0139. I understand that they need to sleep too but if your hours are clearly listed on everything that I've seen which shows that you're available to take rides 24 hours a day why are you not answering the phone? I needed to get across town to a friends house to watch his kid so that he could get some rest for an early morning flight, we had to juggle some things around due to the simple fact that your dispatcher couldn't stay awake and answer the phone. I've heard a lot of good things about Lynkup to include but not limited to your drivers. I personally have never experienced Lynkup but since I have heard good things i felt that you did deserve 3 stars! Oh, I almost forgot there are a couple of dispatchers that apparently do an amazing Job! This is just to name a few things. read more
